    • PURPOSE:To absorb the undesired vibration transmitted to a bimorph vibrator and to reduce the echo time by providing a vibration proof member and a buffer block to absorb the needless vibration, arranging the vibration proof member to a radiation face of a conical resonator and radiating an ultrasonic wave output transmitted from the conical resonator into air through the vibration proof member. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric vibrator 11 forms a bimorph vibrator while being stuck with a 2nd piezoelectric vibrator 12 and a conical resonator 13 is fixed to the middle of the bimorph vibrator with adhesives 14. A vibration proof member 15 of net shape made of a resin is arranged to a radiation face of the conical resonator 13 through an adhesives 16 to constitute a composite resonator. A buffer block 17 is formed by using a foamed buffer member to improve the vibration absorption efficiency. Then the bimorph vibrator is fixed to the buffer block 17 through the elastic adhesives 18 and the buffer block 17 is assembled to a mount hole of a terminal board 19. Thus, the undesired vibration generated from the conical resonator 13 is absorbed and the interference of the ultrasonic wave generated from the inside of the case is relaxed to reduce the vibration interference between the terminal board and the case.

    • PURPOSE:To cancel an error in distance measurement due to variation in reception level and to measure a distance with high accuracy by providing a reference signal generation part, an oscillation amplification part, an ultrasonic wave transmitter receiver, a delay decision circuit part, a distance setting circuit part, a distance correcting circuit part, a display part, etc. CONSTITUTION:The reference signal generation part 8 outputs a reference timing pulse wave. The oscillation amplification part 9 sends an ultrasonic wave signal at the ON time of the reference timing wave and also has an oscillation amplifying function. The ultrasonic wave transmitter receiver 10 performs the electro-acoustic conversion of the ultrasonic wave and has a reversible function. When the reflection level of a reflection body 11 varies owing to its size, shape, inclination, etc., the received waveform changes from a rectangular waveform to a radial waveform as the reception level of the amplifying circuit part 12 decreases; when the received wave is decided by using a certain constant comparison voltage, the delay time becomes longer than that when the reception level is large. For the variation in the reception level, plural comparison voltages are set and a distance correcting circuit 15 corrects a distance correction value according to the inclination of the received waveform. Further, the reception output level variation of the circuit part 12 is integrated and inputted to a display part 16.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate assembling and miniaturization by integrally forming a bottom part with a metal case. CONSTITUTION:Plural slits 12 are formed on the circumferential part of the bottom part 11 of a metal case 11 of which bottom part is integrally formed, a bimorph vibrator is constituted by sticking a piezoelectric ceramic vibrator on a diaphragm part 13 to be enclosed by the slit 12. Since the diaphragm of a separate body and an elastic adhesive to fit a diaphragm on a terminal plate are made unnecessary by integrally forming the bottom part with the metal case 11, the number of parts can be decreased, the fitting process of the diaphragm and the application process of the elastic adhesive can be eliminated, and an assembling can be simplified. A space to fit a terminal for electric signal input and output is unnecessary, the terminal plate can be miniaturized upto a size almost equal to the bottom surface of a cone shape resonator, and the metal case can be miniaturized in the transversal direction.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify an assembly work and to drastically cut down the influence of an external impulse on a vibrating part by constituting the titled microphone by a supporter consisting of an elastic material and a bimorph resonator produced by laminating a piezoelectric ceramic resonator on a diaphram. CONSTITUTION:For an annular flange part 8a at the peripheral end and the diaphram 8 comprising a vibrating plane 8b of uniform plane, a metallic aluminum or a ceramic alumina is used. The bimorph resonator is constituted by laminating the piezoelectric ceramic resonator 1 on the vibrating plane 8b. The thickness of the flange part 8a provided at the periphery of the diaphram 8 is made 1.5 times or above the diaphram 8's thickness to minimize the characteristic-variation when receiving the external pressure. A supporter 9 consists of an elastic material such as silicone rubber or butyl rubber, etc., and has a bottom-forming part 9a. At the opening end of the supporter 9, a horn-shaped conical part 9b is formed, and a groove part 9c is provided in its peripheral side to make its mounting to an equipment easy. Also, in the inner-side of the supporter 9, a holding part to hold the periphery of the diaphram 8 is formed.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of resonance impedance by forming a main electrode consisting of a corrosion resistant material by a thermal spraying method on one main surface over the entire part thereof and providing a circular partial electrode and an auxiliary electrode formed by turning back the main electrode and guiding the same to a part of the outside circumference to the other main plate. CONSTITUTION:The main electrode 10 consisting of the SUS material is constituted by the thermal spraying method on one main surface of an ultrasonic oscillator stock 1 consisting of a piezo-electric material. The auxiliary electrode 4 provided to a part on the outside circumference of the other main surface and the turn back electrode 3 are electrically conducted and connected. The circular partial electrode 5 is provided to the central part of the main surface provided with this electrode 4 and lead wires 8, 8a are connected respectively by solder 9 to the auxiliary electrode 4 and the partial electrode 5. Since no adhesive agents are used, the deterioration of the resonance impedance by the generation of an air layer and the decrease of adhesive power is prevented by such constitution even if the heat generation of the oscillator arises from the load fluctuation and the increased oscillation current at the time of driving in case of using the oscillator as an ultrasonic humidifier. In addition, the oscillator is strong to corrosion and the cost thereof is reduced.

CONSTITUTION:A transistor (Tr) 2 is turned on for the certain time to turn on a switching circuit SW and thus the heater 3 is powered on to hold the hot water in the hot water reservoir container 2 at constant temperature; and then the Tr 1 is turned off and the circuit SW is turned off to cut off the power supply to the heater. At the same time, a transistor Tr 1 is turned off and then a DC power source VCC begins to charge the capacitor through the resistor 1 with the time constant based upon the resistance value of the temperature-dependent resistor 1 and the capacity value of the capacitor C. When its charging voltage reaches the reference voltage of a comparator Com, the Tr 1 is turned on to discharge the capacitor. Its OFF time at this time and the charging time after a preset time are counted by a counter to decide the quantity of variation.
