The fan motor is composed of a shaft 19 inserted into a rotor 18, a bearing 20 for rotatably holding the shaft 19, a stator 21 for mounting the bearing 20, etc.; and a fan 22 is amounted on the shaft 19 by inserting. For the fan 22, a tonguelike piece 23 is provided at the end face thereof, and in the case where the fan 22 is put on the shaft 19, the fan 22 is designed so that the tonguelike piece 23 is in contact with the top end of the shaft 19 when the fan is pushed in to a proper position for the control circuit board 15 and the lower main body 11.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the viscous substance from flowing out of a vapor exhaust port by a simple constitution by inclinding a heat radiation plate so that the volume surrounded by the heat radiation plate and an inner cover. CONSTITUTION:At the time point of boiling of water, vapor and excessive sticky rice become foamy and pass through a blowout hole 10 of an inner cover 9 and rise to the upper part of the inner cover 9, and tend to move to a vapor exhaust port 4, but since volume surrounded by a heat radiation plate 5 and the inner cover 9 increases due to an inclination 12 of the heat radiation plate 5, they do not become foamy by the heat radiation plate 5 which becomes a high temperature by a heater 6 during that time. As for the sticky rice blown out of the blowout hole 10 being near the vapor exhaust port 4, since a distance between the inner cover 9 and the heat radiation plate 5 becomes large due to the inclination 12, the sticky rice is saturated between the inner cover 9 and the heat radiation plate 5 and comes not to blow out before reaching the vapor exhaust port 4. Also, by a horizontal part 13 of the heat radiation plate 5 provided on the opposide side of the vapor exhaust port 4, a space of a circuit board, etc., can be secured, and also, since the heat radiation plate is inclined to the vapor exhaust port 4 side of the opposite side and the volume becomes large, blowout of the sticky rice can also be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the excessive temperature rise by detecting the abnormal temperature and suspending the electric conduction to a heater by installing a case which is energized by a spring and moved vertically by the mounting and demounting of a pot, and allowing the case to contact a heat sensing member in contact with a temperature fuse. CONSTITUTION:The outer case 20 of a temperature detecting device 14 is fixedly installed on a heater 11, and an inner case 21 is supported on an outer case 20 so as to be press- attached on the bottom surface of a pot 15 by a spring 22. A pot sensor 23 for sensing the temperature of the bottom of the pot 15 is nipped between a temperature sensing plate 24 and a fixed plate 25 (heat sensing member) and fixed at the upper part of an inner case 21. A temperature fuse unit 26 for detecting the abnormal temperature rise of the heater 11 is bent into a nearly U-figure form, and nipped and fixed between the hook 21a of the inner case 21 and the fixed plate 25 so that a temperature fuse 27 contacts the fixed plate 25. When a trouble is generated on the pot sensor 23 or a control substrate 18 and the temperature abnormally rises, the heat is transmitted to the heat sensing plate 24 in contact with the bottom surface of the pot 15 and the fixed plate 25, and the temperature fuse 27 receives the heat, thus the temperature sharply rises and the electric current cut-off operation is performed.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a bubble taste sticky liquid from blowing out from a steam breathing hole, and obtain a compact and dew-free cooking apparatus by heating a radiating plate with a lid heater within the predetermined temperature range, and providing the lid heater near the upper hole of an inner lid within the predetermined distance from the outer side of a pot center. CONSTITUTION:A radiating plate 6 is heated with a lid heater 9 up to a temperature level between 100 deg.C and 140 deg.C, both inclusive, and this lid heater 9 is provided in the vicinity of the upper hole 20 of an inner lid 3 within 30mm outside the center of a pot 1. A bubble state sticky liquid throttled at the upper hole 20 and blown out in a fixed direction comes in contact with the radiating plate 6 near the lid heater 9, becomes no longer able to maintain the bubble state and changes into an ordinary liquid, because the temperature of the radiating plate is 100 deg.C or more. Consequently, the volume of the liquid substantially decreases. The higher the temperature of the radiating plate 6 is, the higher effect can be obtained for causing the bubble state of the liquid to disappear, but no more effect is available, even if temperature is raised up to or above 140 deg.C for scorching a cooking material. Also, the lid heater 9 is laid in the groove 23 of the radiating plate 6, thereby increasing the area of the plate 6 surrounding the lid heater 9 and efficiently transferring heat from the heater 9 to the sticky liquid.
