摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically relieve the work load of an operator and to suitably execute the restraint of foaming in good accuracy by measuring the height of the upper surface of slag in a vessel and automatically starting the charging of foaming depressant when the measured value reaches a control target value. SOLUTION: The upper surface position of the slag 7 in a torpedo car 3 is detected with a sensor 10 of a microwave range finder, etc., and the change of the torpedo cars 3, 3' are executed. This sensor 10 is combined with a charging device of the foaming depressant 12. Storing hoppers 14 for storing the foaming depressant 12 are arranged on a casting floor deck 13. When the detected signal of the upper surface position of the slag 7 with the sensor 10 exceeds a preset control target value, a switching signal of a gate driving device 16 in the storing hopper 14 is transmitted from a control means and a power source is started to drive. The gate driving device 16 is moved through a transmitting way and a prescribed quantity of the foaming depressant 12 is charged into the torpedo car 3.

SOLUTION: In a spraying material supplying device 2, the spraying material carried through a container bag 7 is separately incorporated into plural hoppers 201A, 201B in each use and supplied into a spraying gun 210 through each of screw feeders. This spraying material is press-fed to a spraying unit 30 with the carrying air having the prescribed pressure from an air compressor 5. In this spraying unit 30, the nozzle head 91 providing a nozzle 90 is freely turnable with a head turning device 80 and also, freely slidable with a head sliding device 60 and these devices are held with a spraying vehicle 1 composed of a carriage 22 providing a caterpillar pushing device 21 and multi-step boom 28. The spraying material is kneaded with a prescribed quantity of the adding water in a nozzle head 91 and sprayed to the iron tapping runner from the nozzle 90.

SOLUTION: Flowing material is flowed into a bed part and wall parts corresponding to the outside of an iron tapping runner 301 through a molding frame and dried and solidified to form a prescribed thickness of a back lining 302. The spraying material obtained by kneading the adhesive powdery and granular material and water is sprayed to the bed part and the wall parts in the inside thereof so as to form a prescribed shape and dried and solidified to work the working lining 303 having a prescribed thickness. At the time of working this working lining 303, after stopping the iron-tapping, the spray of the spraying material is executed at 30-120 deg.C remained heat temp. on the runner surface. At this time, it is desirable that the solidified time of the spraying material is regulated to 1-3hr. By this method, the developments of the shrinkage crack at the low temp. and the crack at the further high temp. are prevented and the good working lining worked body can be obtd.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely execute the repairing of worn position in the inner surface of an iron tapping runner in a short time by holding a spraying nozzle head so as to be freely swung and slid at the time of spraying a spraying material for repairing to a bed part and wall parts of an iron tapping runner of a blast furnace. SOLUTION: A spray unit 30 is held to the tip part of a boom 28 fitted to a mobile carriage so as to be freely attached/detached with a chucking device 33. The nozzle head 91 is held to this spray unit 30 through a head rotating device 80 so as to be freely swung and slid. This nozzle head 91 is set to the spray starting position of the bed part and the wall parts of the iron tapping runner. The spraying material and the water are forcedly bed respectively from a material hose 11 and a water hose 12 to the inner hole of a nozzle 90 of the nozzle head 91, kneaded and injected from the tip part of the nozzle. At this time, while leveling the ununiformity of the spraying material in the spraying range by circularly swinging the nozzle 90, the spraying range is gradually moved and widened to apply a working lining to the damaged part of the bed part and the wall parts of the iron tapping runner.

At the time of repairing the pot-like trough 2, since the iron tapping in a blast furnace is stopped, the new supply of molten iron 4 is not executed. The whole remaining molten iron 4 in the pot-like trough 2 flows out from the discharging hole 5 for stored iron to the downstream. As the damage state of the refractory in the pot-like trough 2 can fully be observed and decided, the repairing work of the refractory can immediately be started.

CONSTITUTION:Molten blast furnace slag 1 subjected to component adjustment by adding auxiliary raw materials to the slag is successively dropped and supplied from an inclined trough 2 through a pouring trough 3 to wheels 41, 42, 43 of the wadding machine 4. The molten slag 1 is finely stretched by the centrifugal force based on rotation while the molten slag 1 passes the respective wheels. The wadded rock wool fibers 6 are splashed by air flow 47 formed by a blower 46 in a body 44 and are collected in a collecting chamber 5. The wadding machine 4 is moved by wheels 45 closer to or apart from the collecting chamber 5, by which the incorporation amt. of the waste 8 generated at the time of wadding into the collecting chamber 5 is adjusted and the lightness of the rock wool fibers 6 is adjusted. The collected rock wool fibers 6 are thereafter transported toward the ensuing treatment by a collecting conveyor 52. The waste 8 generated at the time of the wadding is discharged to the outside by a discharge conveyor 7.
