摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency circuit device in which transmission loss can be reduced sufficiently at the joint of a semiconductor element and a microstrip line while keeping a sufficient reliability at the joint. SOLUTION: Metal bumps 11 of gold or copper are formed previously on the bonding pads 9 formed on a high frequency semiconductor board 4 and a plurality of bonding wires 7 are bonded through the metal bumps 11 thus reducing damage of the bonding pads 9 due to ultrasonic wave. Since the high frequency transmission line 5 on a high frequency circuit board 6 is bonded surely through metal bumps 11 having a wide bonding area, connection reliability is enhanced with no tail even for a high frequency circuit board 6 made of an organic material resulting in reduction of transmission loss due to radiation and dispersion of transmission characteristics.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heating resistance-type measuring apparatus whose measuring accuracy is enhanced in a pulsating flow which is accompanied by a backward flow when the apparatus is mounted on, and attached to, an actual vehicle by a method wherein two heating resistors are arranged in positions which interfere thermally with the flow of the air and the difference between an output signal from the resistor on one side and an output signal from the resistor on the other side is corrected to an output signal obtained from a resistor as a reference when the backward flow is generated. SOLUTION: A flow to the side of an engine from the side of an air cleaner out of the flow of the air flowing inside an intake air duct 18 is an air flow 4 in the forward direction, and its reverse is an air flow 5 in the reverse direction. Two resistors 2a, 2b are arranged inside the duct 18 so as to be driven by an independent drive circuit. The drive circuit controls a heating current so as to flow to the resistors 2a, 2b in such a way that a constant temperature difference is kept with reference to thermosensitive resistors 3a, 3b. The resistors 2a, 2b are arranged in positions which interfere thermally. In a forward flow, output characteristics of the resistors 2a, 2b are adjusted so as to become an identical output, and they are not corrected. The output value of the resistor 2a for a forward flow is output as it is. In a backward flow, an output in the backward flow is corrected by the difference in an output in such a way that the output of the resistor 2b for the backward flow becomes high.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the responsivety, measuring accuracy and mechanical strength, by setting a non-heat-generating band of a width corresponding to the thickness of an electrically insulating substrate between a pair of heat- generating resistor element arranged on the substrate parallel to a flow direction. SOLUTION: A non-heat-generating band of a width 5 equal to or twice a thickness 6 of a ceramic substrate 4 of alumina or the like is formed between an upstream heat-generating resistor element 2 and a downstream heat- generating resistor element 3 arranged on the substrate 4 close to the upstream and downstream of a flow to a flowing direction of a fluid. When the ratio of the band width 5 to the thickness 6 is not larger than 1, output noises are large. On the contrary, as the width 5 becomes larger, responsivity is worsened. Therefore, the width 5 of the non-heat generating band is set in a ratio range of 1-2 where noises are not large and the responsivity is not greatly changed. In this manner, a substrate structure with superior mechanical strength, measuring accuracy and responsivity is obtained.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transmission precision of an electronic circuit module for high frequency by suppressing dielectric loss and transmission loss of a coaxial line in an electronic circuit handling a high frequency electric signal. SOLUTION: This coaxial line is constituted by sealing a lead 11 in a through-hole 14 by a glass dielectric 12. Its dielectric loss is set 0.01 or less and its dielectric constant is set 3 or more. Flatness of an end face in the axial direction of the dielectric is set within ±(L×10%) to achieve these characteristics, when it is expressed by a degree of projection and recess by multiplying a distance L between the lead 11 and a peripheral fringe of the through-hole 14 by percentage. The eccentricity of the lead 11 and the inclination against end face H in the axial direction of the dielectric 12 are a half or less of a diameter of the lead 11. The dielectric is made of borosilicate glass, and air bubbles contained in the dielectric are 30 vol.% or less of the dielectric. The dietectric contains 65 to 75 wt.% of silicic acid, 1 wt.% or less of lithium oxide, and 1 to 3 wt.% of sodium oxide and potassium oxide.

摘要： PURPOSE: To form a multilayer polyimide film having no bubble nor pinhole by repeating the operation for applying and firing a polyimide resin several times while varying the density. CONSTITUTION: A solid alumina bobbin 9 applied with a thin platinum film 10 is press fitted, at bothe the ends thereof, with stainless steel caps 11, for example. It is then subjected to resistance trimming and a lead 12 is butt welded to each cap aligning with the bobbin axis then a multilayer polyimide film 8 is formed on the surface. When the multilayer film 8 is formed, a polyimide material liquid is diluted with a solvent and applied with 1-5 poise and then it is fired at 200 deg.C to evaporate the solvent sufficiently. The operation is repeated to cover the level difference between the end face of the cap 11 and the bobbin 9 and the trimming groove in the thin film 10. Subsequently, the dilution is changed to increase the density of polyimide resin. For example, a polyimide liquid having viscosity of 30 poise and resin density of 25% is applied thick repetitively and fired finally at 300-400 deg.C thus stabilizing the film 8 chemically.
