摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate a harmful effect due to the manufacturing error of a tank and heat expansion at the time of heating, by providing plural drive transmission mechanisms and drive sources which are interlocked in relation to an annular basket rotatably arranged in an annular tank along its circumferential track and at an equal distance. CONSTITUTION:An annular basket 30 can be rotated in a tank main body 20 by interlocking drive sources 38, and is arranged to supply a paper-covered insulated cable 35 that has been wound. A plurality of drive transmission mechanisms 36 and drive sources 38 which are interlocked with the annular basket 30 along its circumferential track and at an equal distance, are contained. Accordingly, drive force for the basket 30 is equally distributed around the rotary shaft of itself, and with this, play at each portion is equally distributed, and play of each portion deformation variation or the like due to manufacturing size deviation and expansion at heating is canceled. As a result, a harmful effect due to the manufacturing error of a tank and the heat expansion of the tank at heating can be eliminated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a pressure type vacuum tank using packings serving both for pressure resistance and vacuum resistance by providing the packings in such a way that the facing directions of the rips of the packings become opposite to each other and by using one of them for pressure resistance and the other one for vacuum resistance. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of packing insertion grooves 13 are formed in the inner and outer peripheral surface of the upper section of a lower tank 12, which mates to the surface of an upper tank 11, and packings 8 and 9 with rips having squashing margins to this groove depth are fitted to the grooves 13. These packings 8 and 9 have the rips 8a and 9a provided with recesses 8b and 9b at the upper faces protruded upward in the oblique direction in the right or left side. The upper faces of these rips 8a and 9a are formed so as to be higher than the depth of the grooves 13. The upper tank 11 is placed on these rips 8a and 9a, which are easily squashed by fastening bolt.nuts 14. In this case, by facing rips 8a and/or 9a inward and/or outward, one side and the other side sufficiently displays pressure resistance performance and vacuum resistance respectively.

摘要： PURPOSE:To automatically discharge the waste liquid from a forming section without stopping a blowing line for forming by a method wherein an auxiliary tank, the pressure in which is made to be equal to that in a mist separator tank, is automaticaly controlled through a control panal so as to be separated from the mist separator tank. CONSTITUTION:During the continuous running of a blowing line forming section 1, a solenoid sluice valve 8, a solenoid valve 17 for leading the air in and a solenoid exhaust valve 11 are closed and a solenoid sluice valve 9 is open so as to evacuate an auxiliary tank 7 by means of a vacuum pum 10 until the pressure in the auxiliary tank 7 equals to that in a mist separator tank 2. A dfferential pressure transmitter 13 detects the equi-pressure point and sends a signal to a control panel 16 so as to stop the vacuummpump 10 and to close the solenoid valve 9. When a liquid level in the tank 2 rises due to the gradual accumulation of waste liquid in the tank 2, a waste liquid upper limit level switch 14 actuates so as to open the solenoid valve 8 in order to transfer the waste liquid 7 in the tank 2 to the tank 7 by flowing down. After that, a signal from a waste liquid lower limit level switch 15 is sent to the panel 16 so as to close the solenoid valve 8 and then to open the solenoid valves 17 and 11 in order to discharge the waste liquid 6 outside.

After finish of drying, the current drying terminal is removed from the cable 4, and the part with cable bottom 4a is inserted to the recess 6 in the inner drum 1 as shown by broken line so that its becomes flush with the bottom surface of the basket. and winding-back or payoff of the cable 4 is performed. This precludes deformation of power cables under manufacture, and in handling, the power cable is well prevented from external damage.

摘要： PURPOSE:To detect foreign matter on the surface of a long body and to measure the sizes thereof automatically, by jetting a gas on the surface of the running long body, projecting the light from a specified light source on the jetted part, and picking up the image of the projected part as an electric signal. CONSTITUTION:A gas is jetted from a blower 3 on the surface of a long body 1 which is guided with guide rollers 2 and moved, and dust and the like are blown out. Then, the part of the long body 1 which is jetted with the blower 3 is lit with stroboscopes 9 and 9'. Thereafter, the part which is lit with the stroboscopes 9 and 9' is picked up as an electric signal with a TV camera 4. Then, the sizes of the part which is lit with foreign matter at the part lit with the stroboscopes 9 and 9' in the direction X and in the direction Y are measured with a processing circuit 7 based on the electric signal obtained in the camera 4. Thus, the foreign matter on the surface of the long body can be detected automatically and the sizes thereof can be detected automatically.

摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture a highly accurate heat-shrink resin tube which can be shrunk only to radial direction but not to axial direction by a method in which the speed of a sending roll in relation to takeover speed is matched with a takeover machine, the periphery of a complete resin tube is sealed with cooling water, and cooling water is allowed to flow to the vacuum chamber side between the inner and outer surfaces of the molded tube to cause its cooling, lubricating, and vacuum sealing action to perform. CONSTITUTION:A raw resin tube 21 coming out of a heating tank 2 in a heating chamber 1 is sent into a vacuum chamber 10 by a sending roll 4, molded into complete resin tube 22 while being expanded radially in the portion of molded tube 9 inside, and taken by a takeover machine 15 through a cooling and sealing lubricant water 12, a cooling and cleaning water tank 13, and an air wiper 14. In the heating tank 2, the tube 21 is heated to a fixed temperature by a heating medium 3, sent by the roll 4 into the chamber 10, and expanded at a time by the pressures of compressed air introduced into the tube 21 from the end of the complete resin tube 22 behind the takeover machine 15 and the vacuum pressure in the molded tube 9 in the vacuum chamber 10. At the same time, the tube 21 is molded while being cooled by a molding and cooling tube 8 and the water 12.
