    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a height position of gravity before a running device advances onto stairs to enable the safe transportation by calculating a position of gravity in a bottom face of a loading part from outputs output from a plurality of weight detectors provided in the loading part of the running device and measuring a travel amount of the position of gravity when the loading part is inclined to calculate the height position of gravity. SOLUTION: A loading part 5 is provided in a car body frame part 1 through weight detectors 7 (7a to 7d) provided at four corners of a bottom part thereof to calculate where a position of gravity of weight of the loading part is on a bottom face of the loading part based on the results of measurement of each weight detector 7. Moreover, with respect to the position of gravity in a bottom part of the loading part, a height of gravity is calculated by measuring a travel amount of the position of gravity and an angle of inclination when a running device is inclined. When the device runs on stairs, front and rear wheels 3, 4 for running on a flat surface are pulled in by driving lift mechanisms 13, 14, and a crawler running mechanism 2 is brought into contact with the ground to judge whether the device is within a proper scope for safety or not based on the comparison between the calculated value and actual value of the height of gravity in a condition in which the device is inclined.

    • PURPOSE:To take out insulating oil from a cylindrical doughnut-shaped cable storage rotary basket which is in a state of vacuum and rotation so as to pre vent generation of defectives by providing a communicating hole between a slit provided around the outer or inner periphery of the cylindrical doughnut- shaped cable storage rotary basket and the basket, and mounting a discharge pump on the bottom portion of the end of a pipe. CONSTITUTION:A cable storage rotary basket 5 stored in an impregnation tank 40 is so constructed as to be rotatable. An outer tube 29 is provided around the overall outer periphery of the rotary basket 5 and a slit 31 is provided between the rotary basket 5 and the outer tube 9. The slit 31 has a communicat ing hole 32 provided through the bottom portion thereof so that insulating oil is allowed to freely flow in from the rotary basket 5. At the bottom portion of the inside of the slit 31 an insulating-oil discharge pump 30 is connected to a pumping pipe 27 and is hung from the lid portion 3 of the impregnation tank through a sealing portion 24. The insulating oil can thus be taken out without any problem from the rotary basket inside the impregnation tank which is in a state of vacuum and rotation, and the work of normally feeding a cable is made possible, preventing generation of defectives.

    • PURPOSE:To make the accurate coincidence of the real length of string material with the value of length mark possible, by a method wherein when the measuring scale pulse generated in a rotary encoder has been conductor to the counter circuit to which the correction value of measuring scale error is presetted to reach the setting pulse number after correction, the string material is marked by operating a length marker circuit. CONSTITUTION:The rotary encoder for detection of measuring scale pulse 4 and the rotary encoder for detection of cable speed 5 are directly coupled to be rotated on the axis of measuring scale pulley 2. Then, each time the rotary encoder 4 inputs 9 pulses to a measuring scale error correction value setting input circuit 7 assuming a slippage error of 1% in the measuring scale pulley, the counter of counter circuit 6 outputs one pulse. The pulse from the counter circuit 6 is operated with the signal from a print contents program input circuit 9 in the operation circuit 8 of print contents and time, being inputted to a length marker control circuit 11 via a print letter width speed synchronous circuit 10 and accurate length marking is printed.
