摘要： PURPOSE:To aim at the promotion of speediness in manufacture as well as to improve the extent of manufacturing efficiency by forming a parallel insulat ed wire rectilinearly installed in an insulator, twinning it as tearing off the connecting part, and manufacturing a paired cable whose printing is formed into spiral form. CONSTITUTION:Two conductors 1 delivered out of two delivery bobbins 8 are parallelly set up by a guide roller 11 and led into an extruder 9, then a connecting part 3 of a parallel insulated wire 5 is covered with an insulator 2 at the specified thickness by this extruder 9. The insulator 2 at the thin connecting part 3 of this parallel insulated wire 5 is torn off by a wire separator 12 and made into two single wires, forming them into a paired cable 7, whose an identifying straight mark 4 is turned to a spiral mark 6, simultaneously while twinning them by a double-twist puncher 14 through a die 13, then these wires are rolled on a take-up bobbin 15. Afterward, manufacture of the paired cable 7 printed into the spiral form is made into speediness, and improvement in the extent of manufacturing efficiency is thus promoted.

摘要： PURPOSE:To permit an insulated electric wire provided with end treatment to be obtained economically by continuously carrying out a step of feeding out a conductor, a step of providing an insulator, a cooling step, and a step of cutting the wire and peeling off the insulator at the opposite ends. CONSTITUTION:Conductors 2 fed out from a feed-out unit 1 are led through a guide roller 3 to a core preheater 4 having a gas burner for preheating the conductors 2 and then the condutors 2 are covered with a thermoplastic resin insulator in an extruder 5. The insulated electric wire 14 thus obtained is passed through an outer diameter measurement control unit 6 and passed through an auxiliary water tank 7, a printer 8, a water tank 9 and a take-up 10. Then, it is passed through a sparking tester 11 for testing the insulator, and then the difference of the feed speed between the extruder 5 and cutting machine 13 is absorbed in an accumulator 12. Thereafter, the wire is cut to a predermined length by a cutting machine 13, and the insulator at the opposite ends is peeled off. In this way, it is possible to economically obtain an insulated electric wire provided with end treatment.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a tinned copper wire from gathering rust, by cooling a copper wire in water or a steam atmosphere immediately after tinning to isolate the wire from oxygen and to form a hydrate layer on the surface of the tin. CONSTITUTION:A copper wire 1 is dipped in a molten tin bath 3, passed through drawing dies 4, and immediately fed to an atmosphere isolated from oxygen in a cooler 5, where water is brought into contact with the surface of the wire 1 to form a hydrate layer on the surface of the tin. The resulting tinned copper wire 6 is dried. Boiled distilled water is used most effectively in the cooler 5. The tinned copper wire 6 is prevented from gathering rsut and reducing the solderability.
