摘要： A hollow vehicle suspension beam has opposed side walls formed with recesses in which an axle wrap is located and secured by welded jointing. The welded jointing is located internally and externally of the opposed side walls to provide a strong joint between the beam and the axle wrap. The beam includes at least one component of a generally U-shaped section having opposed limbs that provide at least part of the opposed side walls of the beam. The mouth of the component provides an access opening into the interior of the beam for the internal welded jointing to be made at the axle wrap. In one example, the beam includes two U-shaped components disposed with their mouths opening in opposite directions to provide access to the interior of the beam for the internal welded jointing to be made at the axle wrap. The mouths are then closed by closure components. The opposed side walls formed in combination by the opposed limbs of the U-shaped component and the space between the plate components are closed off by closure components after the internal welded joint has been made.

The suppression and protection circuit includes a crowbar device across the line such as a header spark gap to prevent overvoltages, and a low pass filter such as an LC filter for suppressing transient surges.

摘要： A shallow isolating trench is formed in a semiconductor wafer between active component areas to electrically isolate the active components from each other. The isolating trench is primarily formed of an insulating material, such as an oxide, in a recess formed into the wafer. An etch resistant material, such as BTBAS nitride, is placed over the insulating material in the recess. The etch resistant material protects the insulating material from erosion due to subsequent semiconductor fabrication process steps, so the integrity of the isolating trench and the planarity of the wafer are generally maintained.

摘要： Provided are methods for fabricating hardened composite thin layer gate dielectrics. According to preferred embodiments of the present invention, composite gate dielectrics may be produced as bilayers having oyxnitride portions with nitrogen contents above 10 atomic percent, while avoiding the drawbacks of prior art nitridization methods. In one aspect of the present invention, a hardened composite thin layer gate dielectric may be formed by deposition of a very thin silicon layer on a very thin oxide layer on a silicon substrate, followed by low energy plasma nitridization and subsequent oxidation of the thin silicon layer. In another aspect of the invention, low energy plasma nitridization of a thin oxide layer formed on a silicon substrate may be followed by deposition of a very thin silicon layer and subsequent oxidation, or additional low energy plasma nitridization and then oxidation, of the thin silicon layer.

The fixed contacts are mounted on fixed contact arms mounted adjacent one surface of a printed circuit board with the movable contacts mounted on movable contact arms mounted adjacent the second surface. The tripping relay operates an armature between an open and a closed condition and by cams on the arms of the armature opens and closes the movable contacts with the fixed contacts. The two portion housing allows the components of the interrupter to be mounted on one portion of the housing which also supports the line and load conductors making assembly of the rear housing portion to the front housing portion easy.

摘要： A method of guiding a user to a suitable parking spot is a method used to aid a user in finding a suitable parking spot near a desired location. The method uses at least one remote server and a mobile computing device. The remote server manages information related to potential parking spots, and performs calculations to determine if a potential parking spot is a suitable parking spot. The mobile computing device monitors the location of the user and allows the user to interact with the method. A parking search request is sent from the mobile computing device to the remote server. Upon receiving the parking search request, the geospatial vehicle detection system is used to locate potential parking spots. At least one filtering process is used to identify suitable parking spots from the potential parking spots, before the suitable parking spots are displayed to the user.
