摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a high-polymer material layer from being exfoliated from a copper layer by a method wherein the copper layer is formed on the surface of the high-polymer material layer and a coppoer nitride layer is formed be tween the high-polymer material layer and the copper layer. CONSTITUTION:A polyimide film 1 of 50mum thick is used as a high-polymer material layer; the surface of the polyimide film 1 is treated with an argon plasma; after that, a copper nitride layer 2 in 200Angstrom is formed by a reactive sputtering method while copper is used as a target and nitrogen is used as a carrier gas. After that, a copper layer 3 in 1mum is formed on the copper nitride layer 2 by a sputtering method using argon as a carrier gas. In adition, an electrolytic plating operation is executed onto it; the total thickness of the copper layer 3 by the sputtering method and a copper layer 4 by the electrolytic plating operation is set to 35mum; a blank board for circuit board use is manufac tured.

Plasma contg. the high energy particles at high concn. is collided against a polymer film 4 to etch the film 4. Even in the case of an increased etching rate, the electrically conductive layer of a TAB substrate is not damaged.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve wear resistance and durability and to exhibit good magnetic characteristics by forming a lubricating agent film of a nonionic surfactant. CONSTITUTION:The lubricating agent film of the magnetic recording medium constituted by laminating a magnetic film, protective film and the lubricating agent film successively on a substrate is formed of the nonionic surfactant. The nonionic surfactant has >=1 groups contg. 6C hydrocarbon and >=2 hydroxyl groups. The contact friction force generated between a head and the magnetic recording medium is decreased and the lubricating agent film and a plasma- polymerized protective film are securely bonded according to the resultant magnetic recording medium. As a result, the surface of the recording medium is maintained in a good state in the use over a long period of time.

CONSTITUTION:On a conductor is prepared a thin insulating layer of below 0.3mm in thickness having the following mixed resin composition: 50-90wt.% of polyurethane resin with above Shore D hardness 73, and 10-50wt.% of at least one kind of copolymer resin among ethylene-acrylic acid ethyl copolymer resin, ethylene-acrylic acid methyl copolymer resin, ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer resin and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin. The insulated wire like this is excellent in abrasion-resistance and tensile strength, in spite of very thin insulating coating layer, and can furthermore be produced at very low cost. Insulated wires useful for the wiring within automobiles and vehicles can then be obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent an adhesive layer so as not to be separated even in leaving it bent intact under high temperature by installing conductors parallelly on an ionomer layer surface of a laminated film and then setting similar laminated films and ionomer layers to the conductor side for lamination and, after holding these conductors in between and embedding them, bridging them after irradiating a radiant ray. CONSTITUTION:A polyester resin film 1 and an ionomer film 2 are stuck close to each other by means of a hot laminate process at 160 deg.C and a laminated film A is produced. Next, ionomer layers 2, 2' of two sheets of laminated films A, A' are turned inside, and flat type conductors 4, 4' are paralleled and held in between in the space at the desired interval, and these conductors are passed through between hot rolls for heating and pressure-contact, thereby forming a flat cable. An electron beam of 10Mrad is irradiated to one side of this flat cable manufactured, while the electron beam of 10Mrad is irradiated to the opposite side, irradiating a total of 20Mrad electron beams, thus a main flat cable is formed in this way. With this, the flat cable whose adhesive layer end is not separated even in case of being bent at high temperature, is securable.
