    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply an oil deterioration suppressing effect to oil discharged from an oil passage wall. SOLUTION: The oil passage wall 2 horizontally extending inside of an internal combustion engine includes an outer peripheral mesh member 8 and a porous film 7 laid down on the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral mesh member and containing alkaline material. The oil passage wall 2 also includes an opening 9 formed in a vertical upper end in order to release pressure in the wall. Oil Q in the wall is discharged through the film 7, and at this time, acid material in the oil is neutralized with the alkaline material in the film. Also, the pressure in the wall is released from the opening 9, and abnormal pressure rise in the wall and damage to the film 7 caused by the abnormal pressure rise are prevented.
