    • PURPOSE:To enable the taking of a particulate material off a particulate material storage container accurately, by providing a temporary holder to portion the particulate materials from the container to a working device to release. CONSTITUTION:Particulate material is taken off a particulate material storage container 20 with an oscillating discharger 30 arranged at a discharge port to be supplied to a weighing bucket device 40. Then, the particulate material is received with a temporary holder 80 arranged with respect to a position of releasing particulate material from a lift bucket device 60 and, then, supplied toward the subsequent working device 90. Eventually, particulate material is taken accurately off the particulate material storage container 20 while in noway impairing the processing capacity of the weighing bucket device 40 or a lift bucket device 60. This enables the taking the particulate material off as a whole efficiently and accurately.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a bean curd treatment apparatus and to lessen the load of control operation, by cutting a cast bean curd at a stroke along longitudinal direction and then along lateral direction, delivering the cut bean curd crosswise one row at a time and transferring the cut bean curd of each row to the subsequent apparatus at proper intervals. CONSTITUTION:A transfer belt 14 composed of plural belt members 14a-14e arranged adjacent to each other is transferred as a whole with transfer means 16A, 16B. A bean curd 15 cast in a mold and placed on the belt 14 is cut along the transfer direction with a cutting device 32 and then cut along a direction perpendicular to the transfer direction with another cutting device 26. The cut bean curd pieces placed on each belt member are delivered from the belt 14 with a delivery means 41. The cut bean curd delivered from the above step is transferred to the subsequent apparatus with a transfer means 43. The size of the treatment apparatus can be reduced by this process without necessitating the water tank for the washing of the cast bean curd. The load of the control operation can be lessened because it is not necessary to intermittently drive the transfer belt with high accuracy.

    • PURPOSE:To feed and deliver bags one by one by providing sucking members advancing and retreating in the direction separating from the rotation center, in a rotating member, advancing the sucking members when the sucking members are moved to a feeding portion and a delivered portion provided on a circulating route, and making them suck and release the bags by switching valves. CONSTITUTION:Sucking mechanisms A-D are provided in front of a rotating disk 5 being intermittently turned around a shaft 4 as the center, a sucker 11a is advance-moved between a delivered position E of a bag S and a feeding position F to suck and release the bag S by driving a movement link 21 and links 15, 18, 22. When switching valves G-J provided in the rotary disk 5 are moved to upper right and left positions by the rotation of the rotary disk 5, they are changeover-driven to let the sucker 11a retreat. And when the switching valve G is moved to a lower position, the sucker 11a is advanced while negative pressure is applied to suck the bag S, and the suck is released in the position F. Consequently the bags can be rapidly fed and delivered by the turning motion in a narrow space.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the consumption of sealing film by a method wherein an intermittent driving device and a stopping device are provided for a driving shaft of a pinch roller and the driving shaft of the pinch roller is connected to a driving source of a pack transfer device corresponding to the sealing film feed amount. CONSTITUTION:A driving shaft 33a of a pinch roller 33A is connected to a driving source of a pack transfer device 20 by the action of a clutch 39A, and new sealing film is sent from a feed drum 31 toward a sealing position S by an amount set on an encoder 38 by the pinch rollers 33A and 33B. When the sealing film 12 is sent out by the amount set on the encoder 38, a film supply device 30 brings the clutch 39A in locked state and a brake 39B in action, so that the sealing film is released from restriction of the pinch rollers 33A and 33B and the supply of the sealing film 12 is stopped.
