    • A fluid-filled mount having first and second elastic bodies which elastically connect an inner and an outer sleeve and partially define a pressure-receiving chamber which communicates with a variable-volume equilibrium chamber through an orifice passage. The first elastic body includes two radial portions extending from diametrically opposite circumferential portions of the inner sleeve, in respective radial directions almost perpendicular to a diametric direction in which a static load acts on the mount. A connecting member extends from the inner sleeve between the above two radial portions and which is located on one of diametrically opposite sides of the inner sleeve on which the radial distance between the two sleeves is reduced by the static load. The second elastic body includes two thin-walled lateral walls which extend from respective axially opposite ends of the connecting member and which are inclined in a radially outward direction of the mount, and further includes two thick-walled radial walls which extend from the ends of the lateral walls in the above diametric direction.

    • Disclosed are dynamic dampers for suppressing harmful vibrations excited in a rotary shaft which enable to complete the installation thereof around the rotary shaft by only fixing one end thereof on the rotary shaft without imparing the performances thereof. One of the dynamic dampers are provided with elastic members disposed at both ends thereof, only one of the elastic members has an engaging groove going round the outer surface thereof, and the inner diameter of one of the elastic members is made larger than that of the other elastic member. The other dynamic damper is provided with elastic members disposed at both ends thereof, the elastic members have a supporting portion and an elastic portion, and only one of the supporting portion has a fixing portion having an engaging groove going round the outer surface thereof and an intermediate portion, the length of the intermediate portion is larger than the length of the supporting portion of the other elastic member in the axial direction of the rotary shaft. With these arrangements, the dynamic dampers are free from the influence of the deformations resulting from the fixing at one end thereof only. Thus, the dynamic dampers enable to reduce the number of component parts, improve the assembly operability and reduce the manufacturing cost as well.

    • A fluid-filled type engine mount having a pressure receiving chamber and an equilibrium chamber connected together through a first orifice passage, and an intermediate chamber connected to the equilibrium chamber through a second orifice passage. The intermediate chamber is partially defined by a movable film, and the pressure-receiving chamber and the intermediate chamber are situated to either side of the movable film. The movable film is a tabular rubber elastic body, and is imparted with non-linear spring properties in response to elastic deformation in a width direction thereof so that its deformation during input of idling vibration occurs in a low spring properties zone, whereas its deformation during input of vibration of greater amplitude than the idling vibration in a higher frequency range than a resonance frequency of the first orifice passage reaches a high spring properties zone.
