摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst film inspection method capable of inspecting the existence of a photocatalyst thin film on the whole of a floor or a wall easily as well as on a real time basis. SOLUTION: The probe 18 of an ammeter 15 is kept in contact with the photocatalyst thin film 14 of a photocatalyst tile 10, and light is emitted by use of a BL lamp or a fluorescent tube 20 such as a daylight fluorescent lamp. Then, a photocatalyst thin film 14 as a non-conductor, when present, changes to a conductor, and electric current flows. In other words, the presence of the photocatalyst thin film can be confirmed by measuring the change of the conductivity thereof before and after the irradiation of light. Thus, surface as an evaluation object can be inspected quickly and over a wide range.

SOLUTION: A compressed air P1 is guided into an air passage 24 where both a coaxial fan 22 and a coaxial fan 18 are turned in the arrow direction, thereby moving hydrogen filled in a hydrogen storing alloy M enclosed in a vessel 12 to a vessel 14. The hydrogen is absorbed in the hydrogen storing alloy M of the vessel 14 where the hydrogen is stored as a chemical energy by closing a flow rate control valve 26. When the flow rate control valve 26 is opened, the hydrogen moves from the vessel 12 to the vessel 14 so as to balance a differential pressure. This moving hydrogen forces the coaxial fan 22 to turn in the arrow direction by way of the coaxial fan 18, thereby boosting up the pressure in the air of the air passage 24. The air is fed to the demand side as a compressed air where electric power is generated by turning a turbine.

Subsequently, the steel pipe pillar 1 is equally heated by a heating mechanism 7 so as to generate temp. difference between the respective outer surface parts of the space part 5 in the vicinity of the mount part of the diaphragm 4 and the part where concrete 2 is in contact with the inner surface of the pipe body 1. Since the temperature of the outer surface part of the space part 5 becomes higher due to the heat conductivities of both parts, the heat image of temp. difference having the part showing higher temp. is obtained by an infrared imaging machine 8.

When they are mixed while turning a propeller-shaped mixer 2, the concrete 1a of the extra-banking portion becomes of much lower strength. The pile head treating operation is ended by partly using a motor driven pick. The needs for breaker or compressor can thus be eliminated, and the total cost for treating the pile head can be greatly curtailed.
