    • PURPOSE: To make the chipping operation of pile head easier as well as reduce the occurrence of noise and vibration by a method in which an aqueous solution of a viscous high molecular compound is added to and mixed with the extra- banking portion of the heat of a concrete pile to lower the setting property of concrete in the extra-banking portion.
      CONSTITUTION: Concrete 1 for in-situ pile is placed, and then water mixed with a viscous high molecular compound is injected into the concrete 1. The amount of the high molecular compound to be added is controlled to 0.1W5.0% of the weight of water. When they are mixed while turning a propeller-shaped mixer 2, the concrete 1a of the extra-banking portion becomes of much lower strength. The pile head treating operation is ended by partly using a motor driven pick. The needs for breaker or compressor can thus be eliminated, and the total cost for treating the pile head can be greatly curtailed.

Since the vibration plate 32 of the flat speaker 30 is hidden by the light sources 26, and the color of the reflecting surface of the reflecting plate 22 is the same as that of the vibration plate 32, the design property of the room space is prevented from being impaired by the flat speaker 30. Since the vibration plate 32 of the flat speaker 30 function as the reflecting plate 22 of the light sources 26, the illumination intensity of illumination is never degraded even when the flat speaker 30 is arranged.
