    • PURPOSE: To enable the culture of microbial cells in high concentration, by supplying the culture medium to the second filtration membrane in the case of normal flow direction in the circulation circuit, and supplying to the first filtration membrane in the case of reverse flow and continuing the cultivation while removing the metabolic products from the medium.
