摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable restricting of the generation of dioxins by detecting a precursor substance of the dioxins in an exhaust gas. SOLUTION: The amount of primary combustion air is controlled by a primary combustion air control means 19 while the amount of secondary combustion air is controlled by a secondary combustion air control means 18 based on control parameters to lower the concentration of NOx in an exhaust gas and at the same time, at least the concentrations of chlorobenzene compounds and chlorophenol compounds in the exhaust gas are measured by an exhaust gas analyzer 16 to estimate the concentration of O2 at which the sum of the concentrations of the chlorobenzene compounds and the chlorophenol compounds becomes minimal by a minimum concentration of O2 computing means 17b from a mutual relationship between the sum of the concentration values and the concentration of O2 . Thus, the control parameters for calculating the amount of the secondary combustion air are sequentially corrected to adjust the amount of the secondary combustion air by the secondary combustion air control means 18 thereby restricting the generation of the dioxins in the exhaust gas.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously obtain a clean gas without dust by fitting a ceramic filter having a self separation function and collecting an analysis gas through the filter. SOLUTION: A probe 11 is comprised of a sheath pipe 1, a ceramic filter 2, a filter holder 3 and a push rod 4. The sheath pipe 1 is cylindrical, which has a leading end part formed thick thereby to seal a gap to the filter 2 and hold a leading end of the filter 2. The sheath pipe 1 also guides a slide motion of the filter 2. A flange 6 is formed at a rear end of the sheath pipe 1 and connected to a flange part of a connection piping 23 to an analyzing apparatus. The ceramic filter 2 is columnar and stored in the sheath pipe 1 to freely enter and come out of the pipe. The filter holder 3 is shaped like a short tube, holding and fixing a read end of the filter. The push rod 4 for pushing the ceramic filter 2 forward is fixedly arranged at a central part of a rear end of the filter holder 3.

The adsorber 2 comprises a dry purge function, and the adsorber 3 is compact and is capable of rapid temperature rising. A polysiloxane chemically bonded type fused silica capillary column is used for the separating column of the gas chromatograph 5. The gas chromatograph 5 is provided with a means to cool its thermostatic chamber. The temperature of the thermostatic chamber is controlled at 25 deg.C or lower.
