摘要： PURPOSE:To discharge the water content from respective bags uniformly and quickly and carry out the dehydration of clay efficiently by putting the clay such as sludge into long and narrow bags composed of a cloth of superior permeability, and then piling a number of such bags through water permeating layers along the respective bags. CONSTITUTION:For the purpose of dehydrating clay of high water content, for example, sludge 1, the sludge 1 is put in a bag 2, and the bag 2 is left for the given period, and the water content in the sludge 1 only is discharged from the bag 2. In that case, the sludge 1 is put in a long and narrow bag 2 composed of cloth of superior permeability, and then a number of bags 2 are piled through water permeating layers 3 formed along respective bags. The water content discharged from respective bags 2 is oozed out of water permeating layer 3 without passing through the inside of the sectional faces of the cloths themselves. The water content is discharged uniformly and quickly from respective bags 2, and the bagging dehydration of sludge 1 is carried out efficiently. Therefore, problems of the delay in sinking following the discharge of water content on the centers of respective bags 2 and the like can be solved by the arrangement.

Clay of high water content is poured into such sewed bag 1, and when the inner pressure of the sewed bag 1 is increased, a void is caused in the seam part, and the water content in the clay of high water content leaking from the void is absorbed by a polymer of high water-absorptivity of the water absorbing sheet bodies 2a, 2b, and also the water absorbing sheet bodies 2a, 2b are allowed to swell to close the void. In this way, the clay component in the clay of high water content remains in the sewed bag 1 to perform dehydration only.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable instantaneous measurement of a specific weight by incorporating the apparatus into a part of a conveyance pipe as bypassing circuit to measure a part of a fluid matter flowing through the conveyance pipe after being introduced to a subpipe part. CONSTITUTION:When a fluid matter is conveyed, opening-closing valves 7, 8 and 15 are opened while an opening-closing valve 19 and a valve as pressure withdrawing means 9 are closed. In measurement, the opening-closing valves 7 and 8 are closed to seal up a part of the fluid matter into a subpipe 3 and a vertical part 16. The valve as the pressure withdrawing means 9 is opened so that a liquid pressure is kept at an atmospheric pressure to measure the weight by volume of the fluid matter in a measuring means 11. If the pressure on the liquid is different from that on the supply side, the valve is closed by the pressure withdrawing means 9 while the opening-closing valve is opened and a pressure is adjusted by an internal pressure adjusting means 17 to reach a set pressure of a pressure setting valve 20 and then, the fluid matter in the measuring member 11 is measured. Thereafter, the valves 7 and 8 are opened while the opening-closing valve 15 is closed and the fluid matter in the subpipe part 3 is washed away. The operation is returned to the initial state.

Since the lightweight blocks can be mass-produced, the cost is reduced, workability is excellent and there is no fear of environmental pollution problem when they are discarded for re-construction.

SOLUTION: A slurry matter obtained by adding water to a waste soil in which foreign matter is mixed is circulated through a circulating path 10 by a circulating pump 11. In the circulating path 10, a turbulent flow part 15 provided with multiple projected parts on the bottom surface, a restricted path part 16 to partially increase a velocity, a deep part 17 to decrease the velocity, and a wall body 18 installed erectedly at the end part of the deep part 17 are arranged along the circulating direction. Also an adjusted muddy water B is taken into sampling tanks 13a, 13b, and 13c provided at relatively stable parts of flow behind the wall body 18 through sampling pipes 20. Because the adjusted muddy water B is larger in specific gravity as it goes further to the bottom of it, the gravity of the adjusted muddy water to be collected can be adjusted by changing the height of the sampling pipes 20. Thus foreign matter can be removed from the waste soil so as to provide the adjusted muddy water with a specified specific gravity.
