      SOLUTION: This extract device for material includes: a hopper 11 shaped like a cylinder or a square tube for storing granular material M; and an extract means for putting out the material M by its dead load through an opening part 11a formed at the lower part of the hopper 11, wherein the extract means includes a shutter 34 disposed below the hopper opening part 11a and movable to open and close the opening part 11a, and a driving means 31 for moving the shutter 34. The shutter 34 is shaped like a cone or pyramid so that the base area thereof is larger than the opening area of the hopper opening part 11a, and the shutter 34 is projected and recessed from below the hopper opening part 11a in the vertical direction to the interior of the hopper 11, thereby opening and closing the hopper opening part 11a.
