The shutter 34 is shaped like a cone or pyramid so that the base area thereof is larger than the opening area of the hopper opening part 11a, and the shutter 34 is projected and recessed from below the hopper opening part 11a in the vertical direction to the interior of the hopper 11, thereby opening and closing the hopper opening part 11a.
