摘要： PURPOSE:To enable accurate control of the perforation timing of a mulching film with a mulch cutter from the driver's side in high workability while running a mobile machine body and performing the transplantation work. CONSTITUTION:A mulch cutter 4 and a transplantation cylinder 5 are attached to a mobile machine body in a state freely movable in vertical direction. The mulch cutter 4 is lowered interlocked with the motion of the mobile machine body to open a hole 7 on a mulching film 6 and the transplantation cylinder 5 is lowered to transplant a seedling 8 with soil at the position of the hole 7. A cam 10 is fixed and an arm 11 is loosely fit to a driving shaft 9 rotating interlocked with the motion of the mobile machine body. A cam follower member 12 contacting with the cam 10 to generate the lifting power for the mulch cutter 4 is pivoted to the tip end of the arm 11. A position-controlling member 13 for changing the circumferential direction of the cam is connected to the arm 11 and an end of the member 13 is extended to a position near the driver's seat of the mobile machine body.
