摘要： A carbide tip is provided at a charge stock discharge opening of a rotor in a crushing apparatus. The dimension of the carbide tip in the inner circumferential direction of the rotor is set to 1/2 or more of a maximum particle size of the charge stock. Furthermore, another dimension of the carbide tip is set to 1/2-2 times the maximum particle size of the charge stock. A groove is formed at or near a bonded portion between the carbide tip and a base material of an end blade, so as to avoid stress concentration at the bonded portion.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce the title pellet of a raw material mixture for forming a high- purity and high-performance metal-reinforced composite material by kneading the whisker of a metal and a compd., staples, a granular reinforcing material, and metallic powder with a binder, and pelletizing the kneaded material. The solvent in the slurry is removed so that the content of the residual solvent is controlled to 10-30%, and flat cake having 1-150mm thickness is produced. The binder such as acrylic resin is added to the cake to the extent of 1-10wt.%, the mixture is sufficiently kneaded, pelletized, and then dried to form a dry solidified layer on the pellet, and the pellet consisting of a mixture of the ceramic and the metal powder and used for forming a high-quality and high-performance metal-reinforced composite material is produced.
