    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag device capable of opening smoothly during deployment of the airbag, while stably assuring sealing a storage part of the airbag during storage of the airbag. SOLUTION: This airbag device 1 in which an airbag 2 is stored in the airbag storage part formed by a hood skin H1 and a hood frame H2, is constituted so as to mount a heating element E which is a heating means near junction surfaces C1, C2 of the hood skin H1 and the hood frame H2. Thus, the airbag storage part can be seal ensured in normal condition, and the airbag 2 can be easily separated and smoothly deployed by welding portions near the junction surfaces C1, C2 by heat during deployment of the airbag 2.     • PURPOSE:To obtain a brake system for motor vehicle in which energy collecting efficiency is enhanced in regenerative brake by applying regenerative brake only on the rear wheel during initial brake stage and subsequently applying hydraulic brake on the front wheel when the regenerative brake force reaches a limit level. CONSTITUTION:Mode 3 is selected under normal operating state. Upon stepping a brake pedal, regenerative brake is applied only on the rear wheel along a brake force districution characteristics OP. When the brake force Rr reaches a break point P, front wheel is subjected to hydraulic brake with brake force Fr. Thereafter, the rear wheel is braked with a combined brake force Rr of regenerative brake and hydraulic brake thus providing a brake force distribution characteristic as shown by a polyline OPQR. Since regenerative brake force of drive wheel exceeds an ideal distribution characteristic at least during initial brake stage, kinetic energy of vehicle can be recovered sufficiently through regenerative brake. Consequently, a battery can be charged-efficiently and travelable distance of vehicle can be increased.
