摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fungus growth and propagation of germs on the surface of a decorative laminated sheet and maintain anti-bacterial effect for a long duration by containing resin curable by ultraviolet rays as a main component and also an anti-bacterial agent produced by compounding a pyridine type compound and an imidazole type compound respectively having anti-bacterial effect in a coating film. SOLUTION: In a decorative laminated sheet 2, a sliced veneer 5 is stuck to the surface of a plywood 4. To form a coating film 3, a sealer containing a polyester curable by ultraviolet rays as a main component is applied to the surface of the laminated sheet 2, the sealer is cured by being irradiated with ultraviolet ray, and the obtained coating film is colored by applying a coloring liquid containing a pigment. Then, an under coating material and an intermediate coating material containing a polyester curable by ultraviolet rays are successively applied, successively cured by ultraviolet rays, and the surface of the resultant coating film is abrades by sand paper. After that, an upper coating material containing a polyester curable by ultraviolet rays as a main component and an anti-bacterial agent produced by compounding a pyridine type compound and an imidazole type compound as an additive is applied to the resultant coating film and cured by being irradiating with ultraviolet rays and thus a decorative laminated sheet 1 bearing a coating film 3 is obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a manufacturing efficiency of a woody decorative plate by laminating, adhering wood thin plates, coating, impregnating with treatment solution to be gelled scraping excess solution to accelerate its impregnation, and then drying to cure it. CONSTITUTION:Wood thin plates are laminated and adhered on a base plate to a decorative plate base material, and then fed to resin coating and impregnating steps. A surface of the plate is coated with treatment solution having low viscosity and high resin solid residual rate. The solution contains drying oil modified or semi-drying oil modified unsaturated polyester resin having 20 or more of oil length, 12-20C alkyl methacrylate and the like, a copolymer monomer and a polymerization initiator as indispensable ingredients as a resin solution. The surface of the plate is impregnated with the solution by this coating. Resin content of the solution is gelled by the heating and drying. The excess solution remaining on the surface of the plate is scraped, forcibly impregnated by its pressure to form a resin impregnated woody decorative plate. Accordingly, a series of processes can be continuously conducted, and the plate can be efficiently manufactured.
