    • PURPOSE:To recognize a rhythm without hindering music listening or performance by generating a mechanical vibration to be body-sensible by means of a vibrator according to a rhythm signal and press-contacting the vibrator to the inauditory part of a body. CONSTITUTION:A VCO 1 generates a sine wave or rectangular wave with a frequency according to a frequency setting signal from a control circuit 10, and an output is supplied to a rhythm generating circuit 2. The circuit 2 generates a pulse string signal based on a pulse interval based on the output of the VOC 1, a basic rhythm period from the circuit 11, a pulse width and pulse amplitude information, and the signal is outputted as the rhythm signal. The rhythm signal is amplified by an amplifier 3, it is supplied to a vibrating part 4, and a mechanical vibration corresponding to the rhythm signal is generated. A vibrator 41 of the vibrating part 4 is fixed to a band winding mounting member 42, wound around the arm, trunk, leg, etc., of a performer and wind- mounted to sticking members 43a and 43b.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent short circuit between a negative electrode and a positive electrode by coating a foreign matter stuck part or a damaged part of a face, in contact with a luminous layer of a transparent electrode layer, with an insulating film. SOLUTION: A transparent electrode layer(positive electrode) 102 formed of ITO or the like is formed in a film state on a transparent glass board 101 by vapor deposition or the like, and then a photosensitive insulating material such as positive-type photosensitive resin formed of polyimide resin is formed on the transparent electrode 102 by spin coating or the like. Light is irradiated to the positive-type photosensitive resin through the transparent glass board 101 and transparent electrode layer 102 to perform processing. When this light irradiation is performed, a foreign matter 106 and a flaw 107 shield light, so that the positive-type photosensitive resin around them becomes insensitive or incompletely sensitive. The positive-type photosensitive resin is eliminated by development with the exclusion of the existing parts of the foreign matter 106 and flaw 107 and the peripheral parts thereof. The positive-type photosensitive resin at the parts of the foreign matter 106 and flaw 107 and the peripheral parts thereof is therefore retained as insulating films 108, and an organic layer 104 and a metal electrode layer 105 are formed thereon in this order by vapor deposition.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long service life organic EL display which can prevent infiltra tion of moisture into an element and adverse influence exerted on the element by moisture and gas discharged from a partition wall or the like by forming an opening part to expose a part of the partition wall in a protective film to confine a first electrode, the partition wall, an organic EL medium and a second electrode together with a substrate. SOLUTION: Deposition processing is performed on the surface side where a first electrode 103, a partition wall 105, an organic EL medium 106 and a second electrode 107 are formed together with a substrate 102 by using deposition material having low moisture permeability, and a protective film 112 is formed on the second electrode 107. When the deposition material is adjusted so as to be deposited at an inclination θ2 , which is smaller than an overhang angle of the partition wall 105 being an inclination θto the axis X vertical to the substrate 102 and is larger than an inclination θ2 at which an opening part is formed between the second electrode 107 and a wall surface of the partition wall 105, the protective film 112 is formed over the whole surface together with an exposed part in an opening part 107a. The opening part 107a is not completely filled up by adjusting deposition time or the like, and the protective film 112 from which a part of the partition wall 102 is exposed can be formed.
