    • An arrangement for supplying cooling air to a brake disk of a front wheel brake comprises an air guiding duct that is developed to be partially flexible and, on the inlet side, has an air opening in the front end of a motor vehicle and, on the outlet side, has another air opening that is directed at the brake disk. Two air inlet openings in a brake disk guard plate are opposite said air opening and form a separate transversely directed air guiding system to the brake disk. The air guiding duct is provided with several rigid duct portions that are held so that they are be fixed at the vehicle, namely at the vehicle body, as well as at the wheel, namely at the wishbone, as well as adjacent to the brake disk at a guard plate. They are each connected with one another via flexible intermediate duct portions, in which case the rigid duct portions can be moved relative to one another together with their assorted vehicle components.

    • A cooling device in an engine bay of a motor vehicle has a radiator and a radiator louver with at least one lamella that controls the passage of a gas flow through the radiator. At least one bypass duct bypasses the radiator and can be closed off by an associated closing element which is operatively connected to the radiator louver in such a way that an opening of the radiator louver generates a closing of the closing element, and therefore of the associated bypass duct, and vice versa. The radiator louver and the at least one closing element are coupled to one another in such a way that, regardless of the position of the lamellae of the radiator louver and the position of the at least one closing element, an at least approximately uniform lift force, or an at least approximately uniform pitching moment, is imparted to the vehicle.

    • In a motor vehicle equipped with a sliding roof, a wind deflector is provided to avoid disturbing vibrations in the vehicle interior. The wind deflector is movable between a retracted position and an extended, operative position. An additional air guiding element of narrower width than the wind deflector is mounted locally of the wind deflector. The air guiding element is movable between a first position in a depression of the wind deflector and a second operative position in which the air guiding element projects beyond the wind deflector in an upward direction. The air guiding element moves into the second position coincidentally with movement of the wind deflector into the operative position.

The arrangement is constructed with an air deflecting element held at the vehicle and extending in transverse direction of the vehicle which is arranged below an adjacent dome-shaped air catching and guiding element.
