    • A rotor-type impact crusher is provided to increase combining force in closing an inspection door by improving a combining unit for the inspection door and a crushing chamber. In the rotor-type impact crusher having a gate formed at a crushing chamber to let workers come in or out of the crushing chamber and opened or closed by an inspection door(20), the gates are installed on at least two spots at regular intervals and opened or closed up by the inspection door. The inspection door comprises plural horizontal reinforcing members(24) attached on the outer surface of a door plate(22) at regular intervals in a width direction to reinforce the strength of the inspection door and vertical reinforcing members(26,26-1) connecting the horizontal reinforcing members from both ends of the horizontal reinforcing members at the same time. One of the vertical reinforcing members is swingably hinge-combined to an outer wall of the crushing chamber at one side of the gate to open and close the inspection door. A hinge bracket(HB) is installed at the outer wall of the crushing chamber on the other side of the gate. A locking bar(30) is swingably hinge-combined to the hinge bracket having a lock combining hole at one side and swung about a hinge shaft(H-2) to restrain the opening of the closed inspection door by pressing. A combining pin(42) joined with the combining hole is formed at the side of the inspection door where the combining hole of the locking bar is formed after swinging the locking bar.

      본 발명인 답식 도어스토퍼는 하우징(10), 래칫로드(20), 밀착부(30), 그리고 해제레버(40)로 구성되어 있어서, 문을 열어 둔 상태로 고정할 때는 발로 래칫로드의 발판(22)을 밟아서 고정하고, 문이 고정된 것을 해제할 때는 발끝으로 해제레버의 조작판(43)을 가볍게 밀기만 하면 된다.
      본 발명인 답식 도어스토퍼는 위와 같이 아주 간단한 구조로 되어 있으면서도 작동이 확실하다. 그리고 제작비가 저렴하다. 또한, 허리를 굽히거나 발끝으로 불안정하게 조작하는 대신, 손을 쓰지 않고 발끝으로 밟거나 툭 건드리는 간편한 방법으로 조작할 수 있다. 따라서 본 발명은 위생적이고, 양손에 물건을 들었을 때도 조작이 용이하고, 허리를 구부리기 힘든 장애인이나 노약자들도 쉽게 사용할 수 있다.
