摘要： An acoustic sensing element has a substrate that includes a back chamber, a vibration electrode plate that is provided in a surface of the substrate while being opposite an upper surface opening of the back chamber, and a fixed electrode plate that is provided opposite the vibration electrode plate, an acoustic hole being made in the fixed electrode plate. The acoustic sensing element outputs an electric signal based on an electrostatic capacitance change generated between the vibration electrode plate and the fixed electrode plate by a displacement of the vibration electrode plate. A lower surface of the back chamber is closed into a pouched shape by the substrate.

摘要： A method for forming a thin film structure, which has small tensile stress due to controlled mechanical stress, and is made to be conductive, is provided. A lower film including polysilicon thin film is formed on a substrate such as Si substrate, then an impurity such as P is doped into the lower film and thermally diffused, thereby the lower film is made conductive. Then, an upper film is deposited on the lower film, the upper film including a polysilicon thin film that is simply deposited and not made to be conductive. The upper film has a tensile stress in an approximately the same level as compressive stress of the lower film, and a thin film structure as a whole, the structure including the lower film and the upper film, is adjusted to have small tensile stress.

摘要： A speed change control device for an automatic transmission according to this invention determines whether or not a request to downshift a gear position of the transmission exists during traveling in a manual speed change mode (S1, S2), and calculates an input shaft rotation speed of the transmission following a downshift based on the downshift request (S4). When it is determined that the calculated rotation speed is higher than a rotation speed limit value (S5), the speed change control device performs a downshift to a gear position at which the input shaft rotation speed of the transmission is lower than the calculated rotation speed (S6, S8).
