    • An input device includes an input detection portion which enables detection of position inputs according to change of capacitance; a position detection portion which reads detection signals from the input detection portion and detects positions thereof; a light emitting portion placed near the input detecting portion; driving portion which drives the light emitting portion; a monitoring portion which monitors a driving voltage applied from the driving portion to the light emitting portion; and a control portion which controls a generation of pulse signals at times when the position detection portion reads the position inputs from the input detection portion, the generation of the times being based on the driving voltage monitored by the monitoring portion.

    • A lens actuator includes a carrier that is configured to retain a lens; a first AF coil that is disposed in the carrier while wound about an axis perpendicular to a lens retaining surface; first to fourth magnets that are disposed opposite the first AF coil in four directions parallel to the lens retaining surface; a first OIS coil that is disposed opposite the first magnet; and a second OIS coil that is disposed opposite the second magnet. A current is passed through the first AF coil to move the carrier in a vertical direction along an axis. The currents are passed through the first and second OIS coils to a movable unit in front-back and left-right directions. Therefore, weight reduction of the movable unit can be achieved to provide a lens actuator, in which electric power saving can be achieved.

    • A lens actuator includes a box-shaped housing, a prism-shaped carrier, magnets, and coils. The housing accommodates the carrier to be movable along a first direction therein, and the carrier includes a hollow space where a lens can be mounted. The magnets are disposed at one of the carrier or the housing. The coils are disposed at one of the housing or the carrier such that the coils confront the magnets. When the magnets are disposed at the carrier, the coils are disposed at the housing, and when the magnets are disposed at the housing, the coils are disposed at the carrier. The carrier includes first flat guide section formed on a corner of the outer wall, and the housing includes second flat guide section formed on a corner of the inner wall, and the first guide section confront to and slide along the second guide section.

    • Provided is a remote controller in which a ring-shaped operating part is structured rotatable and capable of making rocking motion by pressing, a first remote-control signal responsive to rotation of the operating part allows sound volume adjustment, a second remote-control signal responsive to a switch signal supplied by pressing the operating part changes the function to channel selection, a third remote-control signal responsive to rotation of the operating part within a predetermined period of time allows channel selection.
