    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce as much as possible the surface wobbling of a disk body fitted and fixed in a rotary shaft by a simple structure. SOLUTION: A clamping body 1 for holding and fixing a media disk coaxially fitted in the rotary shaft of a fixed disk device associatively with a spacer is formed like an annular disk, so as to be attached to the rotary shaft. In the clamping body 1, slits 2 facing outward in a radial direction are disposed from the middle positions between the adjacent ones among a plurality of connecting screw holes 1a, provided in the middle parts of the radial direction to the outer peripheral end. Thus, since the outer peripheral part of the clamping body 1 is divided by the slits 2, the upward warping of each part obtained by division caused by a load in a connecting part is shut off and, each of these parts is laid in the cantilever and therefore, the load is divided, an entire load distribution is made uniform when the media disk is fixed, and the surface wobbling of the media disk is prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To avoid the reduction in length of a spring effective part when a load is added, and prevent the load-displacement characteristic from being extremely nonlinear. CONSTITUTION:This spring is formed of a flat spring member 11 formed into ring, and a mountain part 15 and a valley part 16 which are circular seen from sideways, and a linear spring effective part 17 for connecting the circular mountain part 15 to the circular valley part 16 are provided alternately in the circumferential direction of the spring member 11. The curvature radius R1 on the curved inside of the mounting part 15 in non-load state is set smaller than the height H1 of the mountain part 15, and the curvature radius R2 on the curved inside of the valley part 16 smaller than the depth H2 of the valley part 16. When the plate thickness of the spring member 11 is (t), each of R1 and R2 is set to the plate thickness (t) or more and up to 5 times the plate thickness (t). Escape parts are provided on both circumferential end parts of the spring member 11 so that both the end parts can be relatively moved in the circumferential direction of the spring member in the mutually superposed state.

    • PURPOSE:To decrease the closed height and the weight of a coil spring, by forming the sectional form of a spring element wire so as to be a semicircle expressed with a specific equation in the outer diameter side and a form expressed with a specific equation including its major axis and minor axis in the inner diameter side. CONSTITUTION:When the sectional form of a spring element wire 2 used in a coil spring 1 is mathematically expressed with x, y coordinates, the part situated in the outer diameter side of the coil (a part through G, H, I) is a semicircle having radius b expressed with the equation I. On the other hand the part situated in the inner diameter side of the coil (a part through G, J, I) is expressed with the equation II non-circular form. In this case the major axis is a and the minor axis is b. And the value of alpha is set in the range 2.1-2.4. Hereby the part in the inner diameter side, particularly the part with angular range + or -30 degree against the major axis a is compensated in thickness and the stress of this part is restrained to become high. As the result, the stress is uniformalized, and the closed height and the weight of the coil spring can be decreased.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waved spring device which allows the use in a close contact and secures sufficient strength by forming projections and recessions on a circular base with a specified pitch in a circumferential direction, and satisfying a specified formula regarding the minimum radius of curvature of each of the projections and recessions. SOLUTION: A waved spring device has a circular base 5 on which a plurality of projections and recessions 6 are formed with a specified pitch. The projections and recessions 6 are prepared by continuously and alternate forming circular arcs, that is, projections 6a and recessions 6b each having the same radius of curvature. A minimum radius of curvature R1 of the projections and recessions 6 satisfies a formula 1. With such structure, the device can be arranged in a small space since the projections 6a and recessions 6b, being compressed to be flat, are not broken, allowing high load application. In the case that a strip-like material is bent to form the device, an abutting surface of the waved spring device can be arranged parallely to an object to be abutted. Surface abutting is allowed, so that increase of the pressure generated between both is suppressed, while both the device and the object are prevented from breaking.
