摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent deformation and penetration of molten metal at the time of executing pressure casting by compacting kneaded material in a forming mold after kneading resin coated sand and forming lubricant. CONSTITUTION:The kneaded material 7 prepared by kneading bentonite as the forming lubricant and water with the resin coated sand, is manufactured. The kneaded material 7 is charged into forming space 6 in a core forming mold 1 for pressure casting, and an upper mold 5 is descended and compacted at 1,000 - 5,000kg/cm forming pressure to manufacture the core 10 for pressure casting. As the core 10 improved in the density and raised in the strength with the compacting, even this is used for the core at the time of executing the pressure casting, the deformation, breakage and penetration of molten metal caused by the molten metal pressure at the time of casting and not developed, and a sound pressure casting product can be obtd.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve positioning accuracy by fitting a metal-made water passage piece having hollow closed cross sectional structure to cylinder head side of a cutout part under the condition of remaining the prescribed space to be formed as an upper deck, executing casting, cutting and removing both side faces of the water passage piece and forming a cooling water passage. CONSTITUTION:In the method manufacturing a cylinder block 1 having the upper deck 4 with a pressure casting method, the cutout part 18 is formed to the part corresponding to the upper deck in an annular water jacket metallic mold 15 to be formed as the water jacket 3. To this cutout part 18, the metal- made water passage piece 5 having hollow closed cross sectional structure is fitted under the condition of remaining the prescribed space to be formed as the upper deck at the cylinder head side of the cutout part and the casting is executed. Successively, by inserting a drill D, etc., from opening part at upper face of the water jacket, the cooling water passage is formed at lower part of the upper deck. By this method, as the positioning accuracy of the water passage piece is good and the developments of crack and deformation are eliminated, the cylinder block having the stable quality without dispersions of the shape and dimension can be obtd.

With the making of this control switch, motion of the slave arm is stopped till the master arm has come to almost the same position as the slave arm, and then this slave arm is made to follow up the motion of the master arm.

摘要： PURPOSE:To definitely detect the abnormality of vehicle based on abnormal sound generated from the vehicle body by giving a vertical movement and high frequency oscillation like the traveling stage to the vehicle body. CONSTITUTION:The vehicle 5 is introduced in a sound shielding chamber 3 and each wheel 6 are placed on vibration exciters 4, and electric motors 402 are driven to move slide blocks 406 back and forth and supporting plates 411 up and down through link rods 408. At this time, a driving force of plates 411 is transmitted to wheel receiving bases 409 through supporting rods 428, thereby each wheel 6 are independently moved upward/downward to give the vibration similar to that in the traveling state to the vehicle body. Motor-driven vibrators 413 fixed on the wheel receiving bases 409 are exerted to give the high frequency minute vibration at the same time when the vertical movement is given. This high frequency vibration is absorbed by rubber springs 424 and hardly transmitted to the supporting plates 411. By such an arrangement, since the vehicle 5 is placed in the sound shielding chamber 3, a noise from other places is interrupted and also an engine is being cut out; therefore, the sound generated from the vehicle body reaches surely to inspector's ears to enable the detection of abnormality in the vehicle body with devoting his energy to catch the sound.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the development of inner defect of shrinkage hole, etc., in a casting and to improve the working efficiency by pouring molten metal in runner into cavity with gas pressure from lower part in a feeder mold and also forcedly sucking air in the cavity from air vent hole at upper side of a sand mold. CONSTITUTION:The molten metal 5 ascending from lower part of the feeder mold 21 with the gas pressure is flowed into molten metal passage 22 formed at inner part of the feeder mold 21 and then, sent into the cavity 2 formed in the sand mold 1 through plural runners 23. At the same time, by forcedly sucking the air in the cavity 2 from the air vent hole 24 arranged at the upper side part of the sand mold 1, the excess gas existing in the cavity 2 is exhausted to outer part from the air vent hole 24. Therefore, the molten metal 5 is easily flowed into the cavity 2 and as the gas is not enclosed in the casting, the casting without any inner defect is obtd.
