An inclined pin 34 is attached to the slide mold 10. A heating medium passage is formed in the inclined pin 34 and connected to the heating medium passage 10b of the slide mold 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an insert material under a stably covered state at a low cost by a method wherein the insert material is embedded without being broken in a resin when an insert molding prepared by embedding the insert material in the resin is molded between the molding surfaces of a top and a bottom molds. SOLUTION: Lifters 17 and 12, which respectively stick out of and draw back to molding surfaces 6 and 2, are provided on a top and a bottom molds 5 and 1. By moving the top mold 5 downwards under the state that the lifters 17 and 12 are projected, an insert material W1 is pinched between the lifters so as to correspond the through hole W2 of the insert material W1 to the molten resin feeding gate 9 of the bottom mold 1. By feeding molten resin 3 from the gate under the state just mentioned above, one half of the molten resin is run through the through hole W2 of the insert material W1 and along the upside of the insert material W1 and its remaining one half is run along the underside of the insert material W1 so as to feed nearly the same amount of the resin W2 on both sides of the insert material W1 in order to slow down the speed of the flow of the molten resin W3 fed between the molding surfaces 6 and 2 of both the molds 5 and 1.

However the electrodes 2a, 2b do not approach by exceeding the regulated position of the member 5, interposing without excess and ununiform pressures, exerting a high frequency voltage between the electrodes 2a, 2b, generating a heat inside the lamination body 3 and executing the deposition. Consequently external appearance is not spoiled nor deposition strength reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a laminate having excellent quality positively by executing blast treatment by coating or without coating the non-skin material laminating section of the surface of a base material with an elastic masking jig, applying adhesives to said treating section and laminating a skin material. CONSTITUTION:The non-skin material W2 laminating section of the surface of a base material W1 is covered and masked with a masking jig 1 composed of an elastic material. The base material W1 is carried into a blast treater 2, and the skin-material W2 laminating section is blast-treated. The base material W1 is extracted from the blast treater 2 and the masking jig 1 is removed, a primer W3 is applied to the blast treating section of the base material W1, and rubber group adhesives W4 are applied onto the primer W3. A skin material W2 is laminated onto the blast treating section of the base material W1. Accordingly, the bond strength of the skin material and the base material is increased, thus acquiring a laminate having excellent quality.

    • PURPOSE:To clarify a parting line by applying a masking agent to the surface of a base including recessed parts to form a masking film and at the same time, cutting breaks in the masking film, then applying a coating agent to the surface which requires coating. CONSTITUTION:A base 1 is supported by a receiving mold 5 and a masking agent is applied to the surface of the base 1 to form masking film 6 which covers a surface to be coated with an adhesive 3, and surfaces not to be coated with an adhesive, located on both sides of the former. Next, a cutter 8 is inserted in the recessed parts 2, 2 of the base 1, so that breaks are cut in the masking film 6 at the border 9 between the surface to be coated with an adhesive S1 and the surfaces not to be coated S2 located on the both sides of the former. After this, the masking film 6 on the surface to be coated S1 is peeled apart to expose the surface to be coated S1. Then the adhesive is applied to the surface to be coated S1, and thus the fouling of the surface with the adhesive is prevented.
