摘要： PURPOSE:To smoothly insert a net like reinforcing material in a mold, in molding an extrusion molded object having the net like reinforcing material embedded therein, by providing a flat hollow guide member supported on the inlet side of a mold at the base end part thereof and extended to the vicinity of the outlet of a molding space part at the leading end part thereof. CONSTITUTION:In an apparatus introducing the mortar continuously sent from a raw material supply means under pressure into the inlet of a mold 23 molding the mortar into a predetermined shape and also supplying two net like reinforcing materials to produce a cement building material wherein two net like reinforcing materials are embedded in the mortar, the downstream ends of the first and second connection pipes forming the raw material supply means and extending so as to be branched in two directions are connected to the side part of the mold 23 so as to meet with each other in the molding space part 23c of the mold 23. The guide member 35 accurately guiding the net like reinforcing materials to a predetermined position is provided as a flat hollow member having a cantilevered structure supported on the inlet side I of the mold 23 at the base end part thereof and extended to the vicinity of the outlet 0 of the molding space part 23c at the leading end part thereof.

Next, the raw material is supplied to both surfaces of the net like reinforcing material and the net like reinforcing material is drawn out of the guide member 35 while pressed by the raw material and the net like reinforcing material drawn into the raw material and the raw material surrounding the reinforcing material are molded into a predetermined shape within the molding space part 23c.

The material is brought into contact with a conveying tray 31, the overhang part is brought into contact with a back-up roller 1, conveyed while being extruded in a nonsagging state, and placed on the tray 31 to be conveyed. Accordingly, the overhang part is held by the roller, conveyed in the non-sagging state, and cured while holding its shape stability, and hence a molded form having excellent dimensional accuracy and quality can be obtained.

The damper 1 resists against the external force only when it is relatively displaced in the vertical direction, e.g. between each structure member S, and the vibrational condition is almost equal, while the relative displacement in the horizontal direction is not changed at the time of vibration, which is effective for a structure which is larger in the vertical displacement, and the damper 1 receives bending deformation and shear deformation according to the difference in the vertical displacement, and the vibration energy is thus absorbed.
