摘要： PURPOSE: To provide the title feed apparatus capable of easily corresponding to the alteration of the lateral dimension of an extrusion molded object having a thin-walled part like a protruding part and capable of feeding the extrusion molded object while holding the shape thereof. CONSTITUTION: In a feed apparatus for an extrusion molded object, a feed conveyor 12 on which an extrusion molded object 30 is placed so that the bottom surface thereof is brought into contact with the conveyor 12 and the auxiliary conveyor 15 coming into contact with the rear surfaces of the thin-walled parts 31a, 31b of the extrusion molded object 30 to support the same are provided and the extrusion molded object 30 is fed by the cooperation of the feed conveyor 12 and the auxiliary conveyor 15. The auxiliary conveyor 15 is provided on the feed conveyor 12 so as to be freely move in the direction (A- direction) crossing the feed direction of the extrusion molded object 30 at a right angle.

The mandrel 61 is stopped, and at the same time, the hoisting piece 19a is engaged with the shaft part of the mandrel 61, and the mandrel 61 is removed from chucks 53, 54a in the hoisted condition. After the hoisting of the prescribed distance, the column 11a and a relay arm 12a are turned, a wire 20a is lowered to transfer the mandrel 61 to a carrying trunk. A new mandrel is successively hoisted from the carrying truck to locate the tip of the transferring arm 13a above an FW equipment 1, and the wire 20a is lowered to hold the shaft end of the mandrel by the chucks 53, 54 and fitted.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable high-speed washing by spraying yarn of carbon fiber with a cleaning solution while continuously transporting the yarn through a grooved roller also used as a yarn guide and dehydrating the yarn in vacuum. CONSTITUTION:Carbon yarn is subjected to surface treatment by electrolytic oxidation, introduced into a cleaning tank for supplying and replacing cleaning water successively or periodically and primarily washed to give hydrous yarn 12, which is continuously transported through a grooved roller 13 also used as a yarn guide revolving at the same peripheral speed as the transportation speed of the yarn along a yarn transportation path, sprayed with a cleaning solution 19 from a spraying nozzle 14 laid just above the roller 13 and cleaned. Then the yarn is dehydrated while being brought into contact with a vacuum dehydrating roller 18 having the surface wound with a filter medium 16 revolving at the same peripheral speed as the transportation speed of the yarn 12 at 60-180 degree contact angle. Plural pairs of cleaning devices comprising a combination of the grooved roller 13, the spraying nozzle 14 and a cleaning water tray 15 to receive the sprayed cleaning water 19 are arranged in series in a multiple stage to improve cleaning effect.

The tar separated by the separator 34 is recycled to the circulation system beta, and a part of the tar circulating in the circulation system beta is recycled to the circulation system alpha. The heated tar in the circulation system alpha is supplied together with the recycling tar to the tank 13, and the heated tar in the circulation system beta is supplied together with the recycling tar to the tank 20. CONSTITUTION:A precursor fiber 2 produced by the melt-spinning of a fiber- forming substance is supplied to and loaded on a conveyor belt 4 and transferred through a heat-treatment furnace 14 to effect the heat-treatment. In the above process, the feeding apparatus 8 is moved in the moving direction of the belt during the interruption of the supply of the fiber in the case of e.g. cleaning the surface of the spinning nozzle and, at the start of supply, the supply and load of the fiber are performed in a state to form a continuously loaded fiber on the belt. The supply and load of the fiber can continuously be performed without stopping the belt or forming a space on the belt and uniform heat- treatment is carried out without causing quality troubles.

A part of tar in the 2nd circulation system beta is recycled through a pipe 29 into the 1st circulation system alpha before heat exchange, while a part of tar in the 1st circulation system alpha is recycled through a pipe 59 into the 2nd circulation system beta before heat exchange.
