摘要： Here disclosed is a method of preparing an antimicrobial strain composition from milk, a raw egg and a plant part, which includes the following steps: 1) providing a dairy composition comprising milk, a fermentable sugar, and edible starters from each of Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium and Acetobacter, combining a first aliquot of the dairy composition (part A) with Rhizopus oryzae, Aspergillus niger and/or Aspergillus oryzae, and an edible starter from Saccharomyces, and conducting fermentation so as to enable the part A composition to substantially turn into a milk curd, 3) combining a second aliquot of the dairy composition (part B) with a raw egg, conducting fermentation so that eggshell substantially dissolves into the part B composition, making an opening on an eggshell membrane(s) without substantially affecting the construction of the eggshell membrane(s), and continuing fermentation of the part B composition until appearance of calcium particles on an inner surface of the eggshell membrane(s), 4) combining the part A composition obtained from step 2) and the part B composition obtained from step 3), and introducing thereinto the plant part and a fermentable sugar, so as to form an AB composition wherein casein is located on top of the AB composition, and 5) allowing the AB composition to ferment until a microbial membrane that is capable of growth develops on top of the AB composition and a liquid part forms underneath, and the liquid part is demonstrated anti-mould activity and has a pH≤about 3.0.

摘要： A mechanism and accompanying method adapted for use with a user interface for manipulating complex data strings. In an example embodiment, the method includes providing a dialog box that includes a first user option to input data pertaining to a complex data string; using data input pertaining to the complex data string to selectively verify that portions of the complex data string represent valid portions; providing a first user option via the dialog box to employ data input pertaining to the complex data string as one or more search criteria to selectively perform a search of preexisting complex data strings; and providing search results in response thereto, wherein the search results are displayed within the dialog box. In a specific embodiment, the method further includes providing a mechanism via the dialog box to trigger creation of a complex data string that a user has specified via the dialog box when search results for the complex data string to be created do not include a match. The complex data string includes a Key Flex Field (KFF) code employed in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software application. Hence, mechanisms for inputting, creating, searching, and displaying complex data strings may occur within a single dialog box.

摘要： A computer based method of biometric analysis which compares a first vector from a first biometric sample with a second vector from a second biometric sample. The vectors have at least one biometric feature. A method which compares two biometric samples. The samples form at least one cluster of at least one vector based on feature similarities between the samples. An apparatus incorporating a means for performing the method taught herein. A computer-readable medium and a propagated computer data signal transmitted via a propagation medium, with instructions which when executed by a processor, carry out the method of the present invention. A method of handwriting analysis which calculates a first metric from a first vector having at least one feature from a sample, calculates a second metric from a second vector having at least one feature from a second sample, and calculates the distance in two-dimensional feature space between metrics.

In one embodiment, the secure digital card is coupled to a cell phone, and comprises a smart card, a secure digital card controller (SDC), a first power control circuit, and a second power control circuit. When the cell phone wants to perform a near-end payment process, the SDC controls the first power control circuit to supply a first voltage generated by a first power supply pin of a near field communication (NFC) controller to a power receive pin of the smart card. When the cell phone wants to perform a far-end payment process, the SDC controls a second power control circuit to supply a second voltage generated by a second power supply pin of the SDC to the power receive pin of the smart card.

摘要： Disclosed are cooked dried farinaceous food products such as cooked cereal doughs, ready-to-eat cereals and grain based snacks fabricated from such cooked cereal doughs containing or fortified with rice bran oil supplied at least in part by non-hydrogenated rice bran oil especially high oryzanol rice bran oil. The cereals contain about 0.1 to 10% added rice bran oil. The rice bran oil ingredient can be incorporated into the dough and/or topically applied. The rice bran oil provides the processing advantages of oil addition during processing with low or now transfatty acids but with extended shelf stability. The finished fortified cereal products are not only organoleptically desirable but almost indistinguishable from their counterparts containing hydrogenated fats.
