    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently operate a reformer and a hydrogen storage facility and supply them with hydrogen timely without excess or deficiency, by combining a mover communication device and a navigation device mounted on a mover such as a fuel cell automobile or the like moving with hydrogen as fuel, and an operation controller and a hydrogen manufacture controller installed on a hydrogen station, and performing the transmission and reception of data between each other. SOLUTION: The mover is equipped with the mover communication device and the navigation device, the operation controller and the hydrogen manufacture controller installed on the hydrogen station are combined with them, data are transmitted and received between each other, and the reformer is operated based on the request of hydrogen from the mover. As a result, the user can receive hydrogen supply precisely by selecting a hydrogen station to receive hydrogen supply from the residual quantity of hydrogen of the mover. Moreover, the hydrogen station can manufacture hydrogen efficiently without excess or deficiency based on the request of hydrogen from each mover.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the slag flowdown port of a cyclone combustion furnace from clogging by inserting an optical sensor to the port at its downstream side, and detecting the quantity of light at the lower part of the port. CONSTITUTION:An optical sensor 6 is so mounted in a passage communicating a slag flowdown port 3 with a slag tank 5 as to be directed in a direction capable of measuring the quantity of light at the periphery of the lower part of the port 3 from the atmospheric side. The cooling and solidification of slag in the port 3 are advanced while a combustion furnace 1 is operated for a long period of time, and the quantity of the light measured by the sensor 6 is abruptly reduced upon approaching of the port 3 to a completely closed state. Accordingly, when the quantity of the light measured by the sensor 6 is reduced lower than a predetermined numerical value, a slag lance is immediately inserted into the port 3 to peel the adhering slag of soft state from the port 3 and to drop it in the tank 5. Accordingly, it can prevent the port from clogging.

CONSTITUTION:High-temperature combustion gas whose combustion has finished within the combustion chamber of a boiler main body 2 is partly sucked in by an ejector 14 disposed on a pulverized coal combustion air duct at the inlet part of a cyclone coal combustion furnace 1, and the sucked combustion gas is mixed with pulverized coal combustion air to be directed into the cyclone coal combustion furnace 1 as an air-gas mixture at a high temperature. The temperature of the combustion gas within the combustion chamber of the boiler main body 2 is always higher than an air temperature at the outlet port of an air gas preheater 4, and hence it becomes possible that the temperature of the pulverized coal combustion air directed into the cyclone coal combustion furnace 1 is made to be always higher than the air temperature at the outlet port of the gas preheater 4 by means of the suction of the high- temperature combustion gas to be mixed with the combustion air.

    • PURPOSE:To enable measurement of a color in a short period without errors by measuring the color after the reflected light from filter paper in gaseous flow attains a stationary state. CONSTITUTION:The filter paper 2 is inserted into the 1st cell 1. While an exhaust gas is introduced into the cell, the light from the 1st light projecting device 11 is projected to the filter paper 2. The reflected light generated from the filter paper 2 is received in the 1st light receiving device 12. The stationary state of the reflected light is judged by the output from the 1st light receiving device 12 and the output from a pressure sensor 14. Since the temp. in the 1st cell 1 is controlled to about 100 deg.C, the sticking of the moisture in the exhaust gas to the filter paper 2 is prevented and the measurement error by the moisture is prevented. The part of the filter paper 2 where ash sticks is fed to the 2nd cell 7 after the judgment of the stationary state. The color of the ash is then judged by a powder color judging means 22 using the 2nd light projecting device 17 and the 2nd light receiving device 18 which are not contaminated with the exhaust gas in accordance with the output of the 2nd light receiving device 18. The exact measurement of the color of the ash is thus made possible.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the blocking of slag in a slag flow-down port, to operate the titled combustion apparatus without trouble while obviating the mixing of char into concreted slag and to improve the usefulness of slag by forming a blow-off port spraying a gas for elevating the temperature of molten slag against flowing-down slag to the slag flow-down port shaped to an industrial furnace. CONSTITUTION:A blow-off port 18 spraying a gas for elevating the temperature of molten slag against flowing-down slag is formed to a slag flow-down port 13 shaped to an industrial furnace such as a boiler furnace in which fuel containing solid particles is burnt. That is, a pressure equalizing chamber 17 is formed between an upper plate 12 and a lower plate 11 in a slag flow-down device, and the blow-off port 18 formed to a throttling shape by a bottom projecting ring 12a in the upper plate 12 is formed at the end section of the inner circumference of the pressure equalizing chamber 17. Accordingly, the blocking of slag in the slag flow-down port is prevented, and the titled device is operated without trouble while the mixing of char into concreted slag can be obviated, thus improving the usefulness of slag.
