摘要： PURPOSE:To cut off an electric current route speedily and permanently at a prescribed operational temperature and maintain high reliability in the case of normal use by arranging a thermally reactive curved disk shape member between a bimetal having movable contact points and a shaft head part. CONSTITUTION:A curved bimetal 5 protruding in the upper direction under its original condition is installed on a shaft 6 and a curved bimetal 19 protruding in-the lower direction is also installed on the shaft 6 between this bimetal 5 and the head part 6a of the shaft 6. When a temperature in a case 1 reaches a reversal operation temperature of the bimetal 19, at that moment, the bimetal 19 is put in a reversal movement in the reverse direction against the curving direction so far. Thereby, energizing force generated by the bimetal 19 against the bimetal 5 becomes smaller than energizing force generated by a spring 13 so that the bimetal 5 is hoisted. Thereby, movable contact points 3 and 4 are put under a separated condition from fixed contact points 7 and 8 so that an electric current route is put under a cut off condition.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce an amount of application of a restricted refrigerant such as CFC-12 or the like, reduce a double layer separation temperature and improve a reliability of a minimum evaporation temperature at a low freezing temperature operation in a freezing cycle using a fluorocarbon refrigerant by a method wherein as the refrigerant, CFC-502 is used and as an oil of a freezer device alkylbenzene oil having a specific viscosity is used. CONSTITUTION:As refrigerant, CFC-502 is used. As oil of a freezer device, alkylbenzene oil with a viscosity of 50 to 65cSt at 40 deg.C and a viscosity of 5.5 to 6.5cSt at 100 deg.C, i.e., Z300A is used, thereby a double-layer separation temperature is decreased. Refrigerant mixed with CFC-12 and CFC-502 by 5 to 15% is used and Z300A is used as the oil of freezer device, resulting in that the double-layer separating temperature is low at about -40 deg.C to -60 deg.C. In addition, if Z300A is used as the oil for freezer device, it is possible to keep a minimum oil film thickness while maintaining performance. Accordingly, a phenomenon of splashing oil at the low temperature freezing of a minimum evaporating temperature of -40 deg.C to -60 deg.C is prevented and then a reliability in operation can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To completely break a circuit and prevent the burning of motor windings and an overload protecting device when a contact is welded by providing a heating means electrically in series to a bimetal. CONSTITUTION:An overload protecting device for a motor M has a heating means 12 provided electrically in series to a bimetal 5 in a position where the bimetal 5 can be heated, so that the heating means 12 can be melted within two seconds when a current 1.35-1.85 times the rated starting current of the motor M flows. When a contact is welded, a large binding current continuously flows in the motor M to raise the temperature of motor windings 17, 18 and locally lower the insulation of the windings M, so that an intermittent short- circuit current flows. The product of such a short-circuit current and a short- circuit time is 1.35-1.85 times the rated starting current of the motor M and amounts to set-up energy within two seconds, resulting in melting of a heater wire 12. In this way, a current to the motor windings 17, 18 is interrupted and the burning of the overload protecting device is prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the characteristics of a motor based on the reduction of damage of a film upon inserting a coil as well as leakage flux between teeth by a method wherein magnetic resistance at the connecting central parts of the inner diametral side of the teeth of a magnetic steel sheet disc separating and punching the teeth section and a yoke section, is increased CONSTITUTION:The inner diametral sides of teeth sections 2 are connected mutually by connecting parts 6 and the width of the central parts 5 is provided with the minimum value determined by a balance between a mechanical strength and the passing amount of magnetic flux. The width of the outer circumferential side opening can be wide enough whereby a resistance upon inserting a coil is reduced and the generation of damage, dents and the like is reduced. An input current is increased and a torque is deteriorated, however, since one part of flux, generated by a stator, is passed at a place whereat the flux is transmitted to a rotor through the teeth section 2 magnetically. The magnetic resistance near the central parts 5 of the teeth is increased to improve above-mentioned defects by a method wherein the orientation of crystals is changed by projecting laser beams, strain removing annealing is stopped to remain strains, and the passing amount of magnetic flux is reduced by quick heating and quick cooling treatment, separate cutting and the like whereby the characteristics of a motor may be improved.

Further, in the scroll compressor, using a differential oil supply system for oil supply to the bearing, a resin material with a back metal is used for a bearing 4C of a turning scroll.
