CONSTITUTION:An electrostatic charge controlling resin is incorporated into a dry toner for developing an electrostatic charge image contg. at least a binding resin and a colorant as essential components and an electrostatic charge controlling agent is added to the toner. Since the electrostatic charge controlling resin is incorporated into the toner, the dispersibility of the resin in the toner particles is improved and uneven existence of the inner electrostatic charge controlling component among the toner particles and the concentration of the component in the surface layers of the toner particles can be prevented. Since the electrostatic charge controlling agent is added to the toner, uneven existence of the electrostatic charge controlling component in the surface layers of the toner particles can be suppressed. Since the added controlling agent is not electrostatically stuck but is fixed on the surfaces of the toner particles by mechanical force with a Henschel mixer, etc., the impaction of the controlling agent on a carrier and a photosensitive body is eliminated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a jammed paper sheet easily without pulling out a paper feed tray by releasing connection between a rotational wall and a rotational wall supporting member based on a connecting member when a rotating handle arranged on the outside face of the rotational wall is pulled outward and rotating the rotational wall toward the opening position. SOLUTION: In the case of jam of a paper sheet over a paper upper conveying path in paper feed trays T1-T4 on plural levels, a rotational wall 66 is turned to the opening position on the outside when a rotating handle 74 is pulled outward. In this process, a rotational wall 66 side paper upper guide 67 arranged on the inside wall face of the rotational wall 66 is released from a case side paper upper guide 48a, so that a paper upper conveying path is opened. A conveying driven roll 78 held on the rotational wall 66 inside face is released from a conveying driving roll 30, so that the clasped jammed paper is released freely. Therefore, the jammed paper can be removed without pulling out the paper feed trays T1-T4, if all the rotational walls 66 holding the conveying driven roll 78 are opened.
