摘要： Stable oil-in-water emulsions are prepared containing a relatively high concentration of from 8 to 60% by weight of a heteropolysaccharide bipolymer, e.g., xanthan gum preferably, the emulsions contain greater than 15 up to 60% biopolymer, 40 to 99 parts of an aqueous phase containing 10 to 60% by weight biopolymer and 40% to 90% by weight water, 1 to 60 parts oil and 1 to 40% with respect to the aqueous phase and oil of a surface active agent. The emulsions are prepared by combining powdered biopolymer with water, oil and surfactant or by concentrating an oil-in-water emulsion containing the biopolymer such as by ultrafiltration. A fermentation wort containing the biopolymer may be used in preparing the emulsion.

More particularly, the aim of the invention is to allow the fabricating of light emitters with improved efficiency by using artificial materials, enabling antireflection or high-reflectivity treatments to be carried out. For this purpose, subwavelength structures are etched on one of the ends of an emissive cavity, enabling external face to be controlled. The invention applies to any light emitter, and therefore notably to lasers and more particularly still to QCLs (quantum cascade lasers). Moreover, the fabrication process according to the invention is preferably a wafer-scale process.

This wardrobe mechanism is intended to be integrated into a suspended storage system comprised of uniform ceiling panels. The wardrobe of the invention pivots between a horizontal closed position and a vertical open position. A suitably positioned weight compensation caliper arm assures one can easily extend and retract the wardrobe with a minimum of effort. A set of pinions transfer the movement of the wardrobe through an endless chain to a clothes hanger device. Thus, pulling the wardrobe down from the ceiling positions the clothes close to the ground within easy reach, pushing the wardrobe closed repositions and stacks the clothes flat.
