    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge the position of the steel sleeve 4 in an aluminum sleeve 7, the presence of an aluminum winding and the quality of the compression of the aluminum sleeve 7, with respect to the connection part of a steel core aluminum twist wire (ACSR) 1 using the steel sleeve 4 and the aluminum 7, by a non-destructive inspection method.
      SOLUTION: A detection means 10, which is constituted of a mutual induction type coil 11 employing a standard comparison system, and a phase detection circuit 12 for detecting the induction output of the coil 11 on the basis of a predetermined phase, is moved along the connection part of the ACSR 1 by a moving means 13. Phase detecting output is compared with a predetermined standard value by a judge circuit 14 to judge the longitudinal position of the steel sleeve 4 to the aluminum sleeve 7, the propriety thereof, the presence of the aluminum winding, and the presence of connection failure due to the quality of the compressed state of the aluminum sleeve 7. Further, marks are applied to the both-end corresponding position of the steel sleeve 4 on the aluminum sleeve 7 by a marker 16 and confirmed visually.

      SOLUTION: The suspension device 1 for a trolley wire T has a nonmagnetic cylindrical casing 5 with one end coupled to a catenary line M and the other end provided with an opening 54. A pair of strip shaped bodies 6 are disposed in the casing 5. The strip shaped body 6 consists of a magnetic body and movable mutually in the opposing direction. A piston 7 is inserted between the strip shaped bodies 6, 6 in the axial line direction freely relatively movable and energized upward by a spring 10. A rod 72 is extended outward through the opening 54 and then coupled to the trolley wire. The piston 7 is excited by permanent magnets to be magnetically attracted on the inner side surface of the strip shaped body 6. The piston 7 is held by approaching the strip shape body 6 through magnetic attraction to damp a relative movement between the piston 7 and the strip shaped body 6.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively detect the quality of the connection state in an aluminum sleeve from the hit sound waveform data obtained by striking the connection part of a steel core aluminum twist wire.
      SOLUTION: The center corresponding position of the steel sleeve 4 on the aluminum sleeve 7 is detected by a position detecting means 11 to apply a hit by a hitting means 12 and the hit sound waveform propagated through the aluminum sleeve 7 is detected by a hit sound detecting means 13. Inherent characteristic quantity is calculated with respect to the analizing waveform is calculated to be compared with a normal state value by a judging means to judge the quality of the connection part. The characteristic quantity due to the analyzing processing means is set to the area surrounded by the analyzing waveform. The position detecting means 11 emits an AC magnetic field and the corresponding position of the connection part of the steel core aluminum twist wire 7 is moved by a moving means 17 so as to hold a predetermined interval and a predetermined hit position is detected on the basis of the szignal of a moving distance measuring encoder and eddy current output.

SOLUTION: The electric wire inspection device 1 is constituted by installing rollers 3 that can roll on a feeder L on a frame body 2 secured at the upper end of an insulated operating rod P, and installing CCD cameras 4 through a rocking mechanism 5. The rocking mechanism 5 is constituted by erecting a plurality of guide pins 7 from a guide plate 6, secured on the frame body 2c, in an arc shape with the feeder L positioned in the center. A rocking plate 8 provided with an long arc-shaped hole 8a through which the guide pins 7 are passed is supported on the guide pins 7. SOLUTION: The electric wire inspection device 1 comprises an insulating guide rod 3 and a lift 4. The insulating guide rod 3 hangs an attachment part 2 to the overhead electric wire W and makes it droop. The lift 4 moves on the insulating guide rod 3 by itself. The inspection apparatus 17, a control part 18 and a drive power supply 19 are mounted to the lift 4. The insulating guide rod 3 is erected, the attachment part 2 is hung to the electric wire W, the lift 4 is rased, the inspection apparatus 17 is brought close to the electric wire W, and then an inspection is performed. A frame 8 of the lift 4 surrounds the insulating guide rod 3 and is openable and closable. A plurality of wheels 9 are supported to the frame 8. Two frame members 10, 11 of the frame 8 are hinged to each other at their one-side ends and clamped by clamping members 13 at the other ends so as to be releasable. The wheels 9 are press-contacted to the external periphery of the insulating guide rod 3 in a state that the frame members 10, 11 are clamped, thus making the lift 4 move up and down by a friction force.
