摘要： The present invention relates to a glove box including an upper cover formed with side walls at both sides and a top wall at upper portions of the side walls to have an opened front side; a box-shaped housing mounted to the upper cover to be able to slide back and forth, and having side surfaces opposite to the side wall and an opened upper portion; a rod mounted at the upper wall to be able to slide in a horizontal direction, and provided with a locker; and a switch mounted on the upper cover to press the rod to slide the rod. The side surface is formed with a fixing groove through which the lock moves in or out by the sliding movement of the rod, and the housing is opened or closed by the pressing of the switch. Since the rod opening or closing the housing is mounted on the upper cover, the front thickness of the housing can be decreased, and thus the inner space can be increased. Also, it is possible to prevent the noise, generated when the rod is slid, form coming in a cabin of the vehicle.

The anti-opening apparatus for a tray comprises a rotary bar(300) and a pin(310). The middle end of the rotary bar is hinge-coupled in the housing. The one side of the rotary bar is extended toward a tray(200). The other side of the rotary bar is extended in the cross direction to the extension direction of the one side. The rotary bar rotates to come close to one side of the tray when the impact force is applied on the crash pad. The pin is combined with the one side of the rotary bar. The pin is inserted into an insertion hole when the rotary bar rotates.

摘要： PURPOSE: A film bonding apparatus and method for an injection-molded product are provided to enhance adhesion at the boundary surface between a film and an injection molded-product without a separate process besides injection molding. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for bonding a film(110) and an injection-molded product(120) comprises an injection mold(130), an operating block(140), and scratch projections(141). The injection mold has a resin injection channel(131) and molds a product with a groove. A surface treating agent is coated in an outer layer(112) of the film, and an end of the film is inserted in the groove of the molded product. The operating block is installed in a grooving forming part of the injection mold to divide the resin injection channel into halves. The scratch projections are formed on a side of the leading end of the operating block to scrape the surface treating agent from the outer layer of the boundary portion of the film inserted in the groove.
