    • An electrodeless fluorescent lamp having the ferrite core is provided to reduce the generation of heat and increase the optical power by adjusting the angle of the ferrite core. An electrodeless fluorescent lamp comprises the pair of semicircle bodies(11,13) which are combined with each other; the magnetic field centralized portion focusing the generated magnetic field to the center of the ferrite core; the ferrite core including magnetic field centralized portion. The magnetic field centralized portion is formed into the shape getting narrow from the both sides center of the ferrite core to the top and the designated angle slope. The tilt angle of the magnetic field centralized portion is 4~6 degrees.

    • An illuminator having a radiating unit is provided to improve performance of an LED by emitting heat generated from the LED to the outside through a heat emitting part between a circuit board and the LED. An illuminator having a radiating unit includes a base part(1), a circuit part(3), a heat emitting part(5), and an LED(7). The circuit part for conducting electricity is installed in the base part. The LED is placed on the top of the heat emitting part and is electrically connected to the circuit part. The heat emitting part is placed at a regular distance from the top of the circuit part so as not to be interfered with the top of the circuit part. The heat emitting part is separated from the circuit part by one of a coating material(9) and a prop.

    • A method for manufacturing a semi-electric sheet for a power cable is provided to improve electric and mechanical characteristics by using a carbon nanotube with high dispersion. A method for manufacturing a semi-electric sheet for a power cable includes the steps of: generating an EEA(Ethylene Ethyl Acrylate) solution by adding EEA to a good solvent and agitating the solvent; generating a carbon nanotube dispersion solution by adding carbon nanotubes to the good solvent and evenly dispersing the carbon nanotubes; evenly mixing the EEA solution and the carbon nanotube solution; generating a precipitate by adding a non-solvent to the mixture to precipitate the EEA to which the carbon nanotubes are dispersed; removing the solution included in the precipitate by filtering and drying the generated precipitate; and adding a cross-linking agent to the dried precipitate, mixing the added precipitate, and then compressing the precipitate in a sheet shape, wherein the good solvent is any one selected from a group consisting of xylene, propanol, octanol, hexane, heptane, cyclohexane, benzene, acetone, and a tetrahydrofuran.

    • PURPOSE: A method for measuring the junction temperature of high power light emitting diode module with the analysis of single package properties is provided to analyze the temperature(junction temperature) of the average junction part to each light emitting diode by measuring only voltage in a module state and measures the temperature(junction temperature) of a junction part inside the light emitting diode through voltage change according to the change of external temperature in a single light emitting diode package. CONSTITUTION: Relation between external temperature and a voltage at a perception current is identified by measuring voltage with the change of external temperature in a light-emitting diode package including the same light emitting diode as the light emitting diode comprising high power light emitting diode module(S1). The change of voltage is measured in specific external temperature while a driving current and a perception current are consecutively and alternately applied, a driving current is applied for a first time interval, and the perception current is applied for a second time interval(S2). Difference(ΔV) between a minimum value and a maximum value is calculated among these values by separating the values of the voltage in case of applying the perception current among data obtained from S2(S3). A temperature variation value(ΔT/ΔV) about voltage change is obtained from data obtaining from S1(S4). The ΔV obtained from S3 and the ΔT/ΔV obtained from S4 are multiplied and the external temperature is added and then the temperature of the P-N junction in the light emitting diode at the corresponding external temperature is measured(S5).

A hollow part is formed inside the pole. The lighting unit is supported by the pole. The lighting unit includes a light source module, a heat dissipation plate, a stabilizer, a housing, and a light transmitting cover. An air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the housing. The air inlet is connected to the hollow part of the pole. The air outlet exhausts an air flowed through the air inlet. The air blower is installed inside the pole. The air filter is arranged in a bottom side of the air blower.
