    • PURPOSE:To miniaturize and lighten a re-radiator to make it easy to set the re-radiator for a small target, by constituting the re-radiator non-directional on horizontal plane by combining plural unit re-radiators formed of cavity resonators connected with horizontal polarization tuning type directional antennas. CONSTITUTION:For example, unit re-radiator 1 is formed by integrally combining an antenna part 2 which consists of two elements provide with vertical slits waveguide 3 and installed to and bottom on the surface of a metal thin-walled rectangular and a metal thin-walled bottomed angular cavity resonating part 5 with a tapered connecting part 6. Then, a radar wave re-radiator which is non-directional on horizontal plane is formed by longitudinally combining the re-radiator 1 with another re- radiator 1 of the same structure turned upside down and reversed backside front, as putting one bottom face on the other bottom face. A pulse wave sent from the radar is introduced into the resonator 5 through the selected and tuned antenna part 2 confronting the comming pulse wave for energising the resonator 5. When the pulse wave is stopped, energy stored in the resonator 5 flows backward and is re-radiated into the space, received and processed by a receiver of the radar, and displayed as a target by a display unit.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the arrangement for temporary installation transfer, removal, and the depth of water and permit the use at a place where tidal power, etc. is large, by keeping a pillar body at a vertical state by controlling a thrust generator installed on the pillar body or buoyancy body by the attitude detection signal of the pillar body, in the title scaffolding for the investigation for the geological features such as sea bottom. CONSTITUTION:An accelerating speedometer for two horizontal components is installed as an attitude detector 24, at the positions of the diagonal lines of a square-shaped working board 12, and a screw propeller type thrust generator 26 for controlling attitude which generates each thrust in two horizontal directions is installed on a buoyancy body 14. The attitude of a pillar body 10 is detected by the attitude detector 24, and the thrust generator 26 is controlled on the basis of the signal of the attitude detector 24, and the vertical attitude of the pillar body 10 is maintained. With this constitution, and arrangement for the temporary installation, transfer, removal and the depth of water is facilitated, and the use of the title device is permitted at a place where tidal power and wave force are large.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a mooring cable from being shortened and being abnormally worn, by attaching an underwater resistor such as an underwater parachute or the like to the upper section of a lower mooring cable so that a submerging weight is lowered and bottomed prior to the bottoming of a chain type mooring cable during dropping and lowering the submerging weight. CONSTITUTION:The upper end of a mooring cable is engaged to a mooring ring provided to a rail cylinder of a floating light 1. The mooring cable is composed of a chain type upper mooring cable 2, a nylon rope 2' below the latter, a pyrane rope 2'' below the latter, and a chain type lower section cable 2''' below the latter, in that order from above, and is connected at its lower end with a submerging weight 3. The above-mentioned cables are connected with each other by means of shackles. An underwater resistor 4 such as an underwater parachute or the like and the chain type lower section mooring cable 2''' are connected with each other by means of the upper section cable 4' of the lower mooring cable 2'''. Further, a resistor such as an underwater resisting plate may be used as the underwater resistor 4.
