    • PURPOSE:To provide such a ventilation device capable of making secure ventilation through forced air flow requiring neither power nor movable part, moreover preventing the possibility of danger of invading waves and spray and also being used as a battery chamber of a lighting buoy and a marking lamp by opening the tip of the exhaust side of an exhaust pipe in the center part of a ventilating duct with both ends expanded in a trumpet shape. CONSTITUTION:When the wind blows right against the front of one of the openings 7'' of a trumpet-shaped ventilation duct 7 or at a certain angle thereto, air blows through the ventilation duct 7, whereby at a central small-diameter part 7'', air speed becomes high, while causing a pressure drop and an exhaust pipe 8 opened therein sucks the air in a battery chamber 6 and exhausts it. Further, when the wind direction is perpendicular to the ventilation duct 7 the pressure inside of the ventilation duct 7 is made lower than the atmospheric pressure thus the air in the battery chamber 6 is sucked and exhausted. Accordingly, regardless of the wind direction the air pressure at the outlet of the exhaust pipe is lower than the atmospheric pressure thus the air inside of the battery chamber 6 is forcibly exhausted.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce vibration and shaking motion or the like of a spar buoy placed in a violent tidal current, by providing in the spar buoy a resistant body equipped with water current and vibration resistant plates. CONSTITUTION:A buoyant body 3 is provided on part of a sign pole 2 equipped with a lamp unit 1 at its top, then its bottom end is linked to a sinker 5 on the sea bottom by a mooring cable 4, thus the sign pole 2 is moored. A resistant body 6 is equipped at a position below the buoyant body 3 and constituted by a water current resistant plate 7 in the direction at a right angle with a water current and a vibration resistant plate 8 in the direction of the water current, here with a larger area of the water current resistant plate 7 than the vibration resistant plate 8. In short, the water current resistant plate 7 is formed in length l1 larger than length l2 of the vibration resistant plate 8, in this way, the resistant body 6 can hold a stable position in the stream of water to also reduce vibration and shaking motion or the like of a spar buoy due to a tidal current.

    • PURPOSE:To lower the center of gravity and reduce the trembling of a light buoy without increasing the diameter of a buoyancy body and obtain the stable and extremely economical disk type light buoy by fitting a ring-shaped weight and resistance body with a large diameter below the disk type buoyancy body. CONSTITUTION:The lower section of a tail pipe 3 is slightly protruded through the bottom plate 1' of a disk type buoyancy body 1 to form a projection 3', and a mooring ring 4 is fixed at its lower end. A stanchion 5 fixed to the tail pipe projection 3' at its upper end and radially protruded slantly downward supports a ring-shaped weight and resistance body 6 horizontally at its lower end. The tail pipe 3 penetrates the center of the buoyancy body 1 upward, its upper end is fixed to a deck 2, and a light mast 7 is erected above it across the deck 2. Even if a heavy object is mounted on the deck 2 or a tower, the whole center of gravity can be lowered by the weight 6, thus stability is improved, the disk type buoyancy body can be made small-sized and extremely economical.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce a manufacturing cost, by a method wherein plural float bodies are disposed to a cradle in a zigzag state at intervals of a proper distance in a way that a draft is located in the level of the middle part of the float body. CONSTITUTION:Cylindrical float bodies 1, each formed by filling a skin, made of synthetic resin or a metal, with roamed resin, e.g., polyurethane, are secured in a zigzag state at intervals of a proper distance to a cradle 3 to form a float wave dissipating device. The upper end of a mooring rope 12 is coupled to a mooring ring 5 of the float wave dissipating device, a 3-eye ring 13 is inserted in the middle of the mooring rope 12, and is coupled to an auxiliary sinking weight 15 sunk on a sea bottom through a shackle. This causes incoming waves to rapidly spread after passage of the waves through gaps between the float bodies 1 at a high speed, resulting in production of violent eddy currents to to subdued through consumption of energy.
