      SOLUTION: The method controls clouding of the surface of natural-colored pavement 13 formed by laying an asphalt mixture obtained by admixing decolorized asphalt 11 and aggregate 12. A solution containing D-limonene is applied to the surface as a solvent for dissolving the decolorized asphalt covering the surface of the natural-colored pavement 13, and then the decolorized asphalt 11 is isolated from the surface of the pavement 13 by brushing and washed away using a washing machine that utilizes the force of water, to remove the decolorized asphalt 11 on the surface.

A suction pipe 10 is communicated with the top part of the box body 5 to suck the air in the inside thereof. A pneumatic flow pipe 30 is communicated with the box body 5. Valves A, B, C are provided in each of these three pipes. The valves A, B, C are closed, and the box body 5 is lowered on a bottom of water. The valve B is opened to generate a negative pressure in the box body 5 by the suction pipe. The box body 5 sinks into the deposit soil. The valve C is opened to jet air from the injection holes. The deposit soil is digged up due to the injection and is rotated spirally in the box body 5. The deposit soil is sucked out to the outside of the box body 5 from the suction pipe 10.
