    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an off-rail concrete finisher which can be configured compactly and further is capable of improving finishing accuracy of a concrete pavement surface.SOLUTION: In both end portions of a support 1 in a horizontal direction, a pair of crawler type traveling devices 2, 2 are provided via a pair of lifting devices 3, 3. A leveling member 4 for leveling a surface of a concrete material spread over a construction object road surface, a main screed 5 and sub screeds 6, 6 for compacting the concrete material are supported by the support 1. Further, a pair of automatic height control means 7, 7 are provided for performing lift driving control on both the lifting devices 3, 3 in such a manner that a height from a reference position is kept constant.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-retaining block pavement structure in which a surface of pavement can be retained in a moisture-retaining state at all the time by continuously supplying water, for a long time, to the surface of the pavement comprised of water-pumping or moisture-retaining blocks even without using an expensive and special water transfer sheet, and a repair work of a water supply path can be performed simply and easily.SOLUTION: A moisture-retaining block pavement structure 10 formed from water-pumping or moisture-retaining blocks 12 functioned to retain a surface of pavement 11 in a moisture-retaining state comprises: a number of water-pumping or moisture-retaining blocks 12 laid side by side and installed longitudinally and laterally while interposing an intermediate laying layer 15 on a base layer 14; a water supply duct 16 disposed in intermediate portions of joint parts of the blocks in a thickness direction and extends along the joint parts 13; and a joint material 17 for filling the joint parts while covering the water supply duct 16. The intermediate laying layer 15 is formed from a water cut sheet 18 which is laid while covering a surface of the base layer 14, and a sand layer 19 which is laid and leveled at an upper side of the water cut sheet 18.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position measuring device capable of improving the efficiency of repair work by accurately obtaining the position, size and direction of a branch pipe installed in a pipe body to be repaired.
      SOLUTION: The position measuring device comprises: a cross-sectional shape measuring means 21 for measuring the cross-sectional shape of a pipe body, based on three-dimensional reconstitution data 20; a one-dimensional development means 22 for obtaining one-dimensional development data by developing the cross-sectional shape measured by the cross-sectional shape measuring means 21; a two-dimensional development means 23 for obtaining two-dimensional development data, by integrating the one-dimensional development data by using the amount of movement of a measuring device 100 for measuring the inner surface shape of the pipe body; a data coupling means 24 for bridging the gap between the two-dimensional development data; an image processing means 25 for performing image processing of a developed view obtained from the two-dimensional development data; and a computing means 26 for computing the aperture position, inner diameter dimension and opening direction of the branch pipe, by determining the approximate circle and its center of a white part corresponding to the shape of an installation part of the branch pipe from the contour image.
