    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dredging device capable of reducing an amount of water contained in the dredged soil and preventing water from becoming muddy at a work position. SOLUTION: A conical box body 5 is provided on the deposit soil on the bottom of water in a condition in which a side of an opening part 20 is down and a top part is up. A net 24 is provided in the opening part 20. A first injection hole 25 and a second injection hole 26 are provided at both upper and lower positions of the net 24. The compressed air fed from a pneumatic pressure feed pipe 9 is jetted from the injection holes. A suction pipe 10 is communicated with the top part of the box body 5 to suck the air in the inside thereof. A pneumatic flow pipe 30 is communicated with the box body 5. Valves A, B, C are provided in each of these three pipes. The valves A, B, C are closed, and the box body 5 is lowered on a bottom of water. The valve B is opened to generate a negative pressure in the box body 5 by the suction pipe. The box body 5 sinks into the deposit soil. The valve C is opened to jet air from the injection holes. The deposit soil is digged up due to the injection and is rotated spirally in the box body 5. The deposit soil is sucked out to the outside of the box body 5 from the suction pipe 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purifying device small in floor space, simple in structure and excellent in purifying performance. SOLUTION: First and second cylindrical storage tanks 2, 6 are provided in the purifying device 1 buried underground. The bottom part of the second cylindrical storage tank 6 in the first cylindrical storage tank 2 is opened. A contact material 10 to which a suspended solid matter in contaminated water sticks is provided inside the storage tanks 2, 6. A sucking pipe 12 is provided at the center of the storage tanks 2, 6. A ring-shaped cross-section area A1 between the storage tanks 2, 6 is almost equal to a circular cross-section area A2 of the second storage tank 6. The contaminated water introduced to the upper side of the storage tank 2 through an introducing pipe 8 descends while rotating. The contaminated water reaching the bottom part 4 of the storage tank 2 enters into the storage tank 6 from the opening of the bottom part, rises in the storage tank 6 while rotating in the same direction and is discharged from a discharge pipe 9. The contaminated water flows in a fixed flow rate in the storage tanks 2, 6. The contact material 10 is uniformly brought into contact with water and the suspended solid matter in the contaminated water is stuck efficiently. The solid matter deposited on the bottom part of the storage tank 2 by being peeled is sucked efficiently to the outside of the storage tank 2 through a suction pipe 12.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate disaster by overflow of a large quantity of rainwater by a rainwater overflow protective facility of simple structure. SOLUTION: Plural storage tanks 1 are embedded at a specified interval in a line in a rainwater overflow control zone. Openings 2 in an upper surface are set close to the ground surface, so rainwater flowing on the ground surface gets into the opening 2. A water impermeable wall body 3 exists between the storage tanks 1, 1. A suction pipe 4 exists in the storage tank 1, and upper end parts of the respective suction pipes 4 are connected to a common connection pipe 6. A vacuum pump 8 is connected to one end of the connection pipe 6. A discharge pipe 9 is connected to a discharge port 8b of the vacuum pump 8. In a city area, quantity of rainwater sucked to the ground in rainfall is less, but a large quantity of rainwater flows at once to be concentrated to a river or the like at the time of rainfall to cause a flood. By providing a rainwater outflow protective facility at a necessary position in the city area, rainwater fallen onto the ground surface is temporarily stored in the storage tank 1. By driving the vacuum pump 8 at a proper timing, rainwater W in each storage tank 1 is discharged to a drain facility. Overflow quantity of rainwater can thus be adjusted to prevent floods or landslides.
