A method of forming and improving the vegetation in sandy soil in which drift of sand is prevented by the sand drift prevention method, a plant desired to grow is grown in the sandy soil surface exposed as being surrounded by columnar sandbags placed so as to cross over one another. A tubular knit fabric for a columnar sandbag employed in these methods, and, in particular, the tubular knit fabric knitted by use of a polylactic-acid fiber.

摘要： By making coefficients of linear thermal expansion of stress relief members on upper and lower surface sides of a semiconductor chip small, thermal strain on joint members above and below the semiconductor chip is decreased and development of a crack therein is suppressed to ensure a joint area. Furthermore, by making areas of electrodes and stress relief members large enough to include a project plane of the semiconductor chip projected onto the joint surfaces thereof, even if a crack develops into the joint member between the stress relief member and the electrode, a joint area larger than the area of the semiconductor chip can be ensured for a certain amount of time. As a result, a semiconductor device capable of simultaneously ensuring the joint areas of the respective joint members and preventing a decrease in heat release capability is provided.

摘要： In a holder and a structure for organizing excess length by winding cables and the like, an excess length organizing holder comprises a baseboard which has a rotation axis vertical to a fixed plane, and a spool which has a flange whose edge is provided with two incisions and a winding portion. The spool is rotated around the rotation axis in a state where a cable is folded by way of the winding portion and the two incisions, thereby winding the cable twofold around the winding portion. Also, an excess length organizing structure comprises a door detachable from a box-shaped rack, a mounting hardware connecting the door to the rack and pivoting on one side so as to make the door openable and closable, and at least one excess length organizing holder mentioned above whose baseboard is attached on a surface of the door when the door is attached to the mounting hardware.

摘要： The present invention provides an analog quantity display method of counting displacement of a probe disposed in contact with an object to be measured and analog-displaying the obtained count value by an analog display section as an analog quantity. If a peak value of the count value exceeds a possible analog-display range of the analog display section, an offset provided for the analog-displayed count value is updated in such a manner that the peak value is displayed within the possible analog-display range. Further, an analog quantity measuring method is provided, which comprises counting displacement of the probe, compares the obtained count value with a peak value of the count value, holds the count value as a new peak value depending upon a result of the comparison, and executes the comparison and the holding of the peak value again if the difference between the present peak value and the present count value exceeds a predetermined value. The analog quantity display and measuring methods are applicable to a digital/analog display type measuring instrument comprising a counter for counting the displacement of the probe in contact with the measured object, a digital display section for digitally displaying the count value, and an analog display section located adjacent to the digital display section, for displaying the count value as the bar graph comprising the large number of analog bars arranged in juxtaposition in one direction.

摘要： A puffer type gas-insulated circuit breaker is adapted to, when its movable electrode separates from a stationary electrode, enable an insulating gas blow toward an occurring arc to extinguish the same. An insulated nozzle is provided to direct the gas toward the arc and forms a gas passage in cooperation with an insulating cover which covers the movable electrode. The insulated cover is formed of an insulating material which contains a filler for preventing energy lines of the arc from entering the cover. Furthermore, the insulated cover has a specific inductive capacity greater than a specific inductive capacity of the insulated nozzle so as to reduce the electric field strength at the front end of the movable electrode.
