In each of three operation chambers 30 formed between the housing 10 and the rotor 20, gas sucked from the suction pipe 50 is cooled by the cooling region 11 and contracted, and then the gas is heated by the heating region 12 and expanded. Due to this gas contraction and expansion, rotating force is applied to the rotor 20.
