    • Disclosed is a system for distributing digital contents which can pursue a purchaser who has illegally redistributed the contents by inserting fingerprinting information into the digital contents. The system includes a contents creation server for creating the digital contents, a contents distribution server for encrypting the digital contents, distributing the encrypted digital contents to a client who has requested a purchase of the digital contents, and transmitting purchaser information to a clearing house, the clearing house for transmitting the purchaser information to a fingerprinting management server, and transmitting a license and a fingerprinting code received from the fingerprinting management server to a client, the fingerprinting management server for creating the fingerprinting code from the purchaser information, and transmitting the created fingerprinting code to the clearing house; and the client for decrypting the encrypted digital contents using the license, inserting the fingerprinting code into the decrypted digital contents and then playing the digital contents.

    • An optical fingerprint image input device for a mobile apparatus includes: a plate-shaped fingerprint contact member; a distortion correcting member for correcting distortions; light sources disposed at both sides of the fingerprint contact member, other than an inclined surface or a back light source in a liquid crystal display element; focusing means disposed at an inclined surface side of the distortion correcting member; and an image sensor. In other words, the fingerprint contact member and the distortion correcting member having respective set-up inclined angles are disposed to discern sweat, water or oil and to correct a trapezoidal distortion which is a disadvantage that occurs when a thin fingerprint contact medium is used, and to form a lens system comprised of a cylindrical lens and a spherical lens for adjustment of a ratio of transversal to longitudinal widths of an image. By this configuration, problems generated by the thin optical fingerprint input device can be overcome to minimize the loss of information necessary for fingerprint verification and a region of used image sensor can be established in consideration of a design to be capable of obtaining fingerprint information of a high resolution. Furthermore, as a thin optical fingerprint input device can be embodied, the present invention can be applied to a mobile apparatus like a cellular phone, and a conventional secrecy-maintaining function performed by a secret number can be replaced by fingerprint information to thereby increase the secrecy of the mobile apparatus.

    • A washing machine having a drying device for generating an air current to dry laundry, includes a drum forming a washing space; a first temperature sensor for sensing the temperature of washing water; a second temperature sensor for sensing the temperature in the drum; and a controller for determining whether or not a washing condition for washing delicate fabrics is satisfied based on the temperature in the drum and the temperature of the washing water, and controlling the drying device, when it is determined that the washing condition is not satisfied, so that a washing operation of the delicate fabrics is performed after the washing condition is satisfied. The washing machine ensures the washing condition suitable to wash the delicate fabrics even when the temperature in the drum is elevated due to the earlier washing operation, and then performs the washing operation of the delicate fabrics, thereby preventing damage to the delicate fabrics due to shrinkage and deformation.
