    • An oil hydraulic pump which utilizes the centrifugal force of a few eccentric rotational bodies (40a, 40b, 47a, 47b, 40a', 40b'), arranged oppositely each other to be balanced, and the rotor (29, 29'', 29') coupled thereon through the rotor axle shaft (32, 32'', 32') fixed thereto takes the eccentric rotational movement around the primary central axis, so that high discharge pressure can be obtained by actuating a plurality of fluid pump means (25, 26, 41, 42, 43) arranged radially at the casing (24, 24'', 24') therefore in case where an overload is once loaded to the oil pressure circuit utilizing this high discharge pressure, the rotor with its rotor axle shaft is displaced toward the adjacent of the primary central axis and takes the eccentric rotational movement therearound so that the overload caused by the high pressure fed back from the external oil pressure circuit is not loaded to a driving motor, thereby the electricity can be saved regardless either overloaded or not and also the oilhydraulic pump according to the invention can be operated without any unreasonableness.

    • A fuel cell system, and a method of controlling an operation of a plurality of fuel cells. The fuel cell system controls the operation of the plurality of fuel cells according to a power consumed in a load and the performance of the plurality of fuel cells, thereby increasing a power conversion efficiency of the plurality of fuel cells while preventing considerable performance degradation of the plurality of fuel cells. The fuel cell system includes: a plurality of fuel cells; a control unit controlling an operation of the plurality of fuel cells according to a power consumed in a load and the performance of the plurality of fuel cells; and a converter converting a power output by at least one of the plurality of fuel cells into a power according to the control of the control unit.

    • A silencer installed in a fuel cell system includes a plurality of expansion chambers connected to a predetermined apparatus of the fuel cell system, wherein the plurality of expansion chambers serially reduces acoustic noise of air discharged from the predetermined apparatus and a resonator connected to an expansion chamber of the plurality of expansion chambers, wherein the resonator reduces acoustic noise received from the expansion chamber in another frequency band, which is different from a frequency band of the acoustic noise reduced by the plurality of expansion chambers, where one of the plurality of expansion chambers comprises an inlet pipe which receives air from the predetermined apparatus, another of the plurality of expansion chambers comprises an outlet pipe which discharges air flowed into the plurality of expansion chambers, and an intermediate pipe is disposed between the plurality of expansion chambers.
